The World Equestrian Center’s venue pricing varies depending on the selected venue locations and during off-peak or peak season. Prices range from $4,000.00 to $15,000.00, offering options for different budgets and preferences.

The cost includes renting the venue space for the specified duration, tables and chairs, basic white or black linen, a dance floor, china, glassware, and silverware. Additionally, banquet access to the venue’s amenities, setup, and teardown services are included. Additional services such as catering and decorations are separate fees.

Our wedding packages start at $175.00, offering a range of options to suit different needs and budgets.

Our wedding packages require a minimum guest count of 25 guests. We are happy to customize for smaller elopement weddings!

Despite not knowing the gender, they revealed it through their wedding cake. The best man had the envelope containing the gender information, which he delivered to our executive pastry chef.As the couple cut into their cake, surrounded by their loved ones, the color inside revealed the gender: It’s a boy!
