From there, we set up a stress-free payment schedule and begin planning right away. You get uncapped communication and access to our signature “Brain Dump” policy—if an idea or worry strikes you at 2:00 AM, send it over and we’ll respond with clear next steps within 24–48 hours. We handle vendor curation, contracts, and timelines, wrapping up with seamless coordination, setup, and teardown on wedding day.

We recommend booking 9 to 14 months in advance, especially for Full-Service (The Everything Package) and Partial Planning (The Us Package), as popular dates and prime vendors book quickly. However, because we intentionally limit the number of weddings we take each year to provide dedicated, white-glove attention, we encourage reaching out as soon as you have a target date or venue in mind. For Wedding Coordination (An Angel On Your Shoulder), we typically begin hands-on integration 90 days out from your date.

An Angel On Your Shoulder (Wedding Coordination): Kicking off 90 days out, covering venue walkthroughs, vendor alignment, rehearsal direction, and all-day management from prep to cleanup.
