About the Event
Step into the Persimmon Harmony Tea Room — a 1920s establishment known around town for its “persimmon-based herbal tonics” and remedies for hysteria and sluggishness. At least, that is the official story.
By night, this joint is the most coveted speakeasy in the county, attracting fat-pocketed socialites, shady characters, and the occasional federal agent who cannot seem to stay away. Tonight, the boss is expecting his most important guest: a new business partner, ready to seal a deal on Persimmon’s Reserve, the purest batch of hooch anyone has tasted. But early in the evening, the supply goes missing. Was it a rival gang? A rat in the room? Or someone sitting right next to you?
Packed with audience interaction, physical comedy, live music, and more surprises than you can shake a tommy gun at, this is one night you will not stop talking about for a very long time.
