What does a typical wedding day look like?
Begin your day by getting ready at the Marriott, just a block away. Our partnership includes a 10-room block plus a discounted king suite (10% off), perfect for getting ready. When you arrive at the venue, your reserved parking spot awaits right out front. After your ceremony, enjoy cocktail hour on our outdoor patio with drinks and hors d’oeuvres, while you slip away for photos at nearby downtown scenic spots. During this time, our team transitions the ceremony space for the reception. From there, the celebration continues with great food, drinks, and unforgettable moments with the people you love most.
How much setup time is included, and can they purchase extra?
Our rentals start with including 1 hour of setup. Additional setup time can be added for $150/hour.

How many weddings do you host per day/weekend?
We host 1 wedding per day and up to 3 per weekend (Friday-Sunday)

Couples always tell us how easy and stress-free the process was. They rave about the quality of the food, the attentiveness of our team, and how well cared for they felt from start to finish. It’s the experience that makes Venue 142 stand out!
Can couples or vendors ever drop off decor items the day before or pick them up the next day?
No, all setup and teardown must take place within the contracted rental time. Due to scheduling and staffing, couples and vendors are not able to drop off or pick up décor outside of their reserved event hours. Our team will help coordinate timing to ensure everything runs smoothly.
