Our team of on-site beauty experts specialize in providing elegant hairstyling and soft, natural makeup applications that will have you and your whole bridal squad feeling like yourself, but better!
Beauty Brigade is a team of licensed, professional on-site hair and makeup artists who each have 10+ years of experience within the beauty industry.
Our team believes in creating a great experience for each and every one of our clients. We welcome and enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds, races, cultures, as well as all hair types, textures, and desired looks.
We value each and everyone of our clients, and enjoy working with them for their special occasion. Our team is committed to going above and beyond to create a look that you love.
Owner and Lead Artist of Beauty Brigade is Mandi Neuhardt, Ever since she was young, she’s had a passion for beauty. In high school, you could find her spending her lunch money on MAC Cosmetics products. After graduating high school, Mandi first obtained an AA degree, with a business based certification. She then graduated from Daytona State College’s cosmetology school in 2007, and has been a licensed cosmetologist within Florida ever since. Mandi decided to further her academic career by obtaining her bachelor’s degree in event management from University of Central Florida. These varying degrees have aided Mandi in not only her beauty industry career, but her ownership of Beauty Brigade, and the knowledge it takes to run a small beauty business within the event industry!
Mandi has never been a full glam girly, so she especially understands the babes who want more of a natural to soft glam look! This is her specialty and she LOVES to give you those glowy, bronzey dewy vibes! If you have freckles, we want to showcase those, babe…None of that cake up-makeup over here!
Mandi’s favorite part of her job is meeting all of her wonderful clients, who she gets to share so many special moments with. She knows it truly is a DREAM to wake up and do what you love every day. Mandi takes great pride in herself and her artistry, as well as the amazing team she gets to work alongside! A Little About Our Pricing
Weddings are not “one size fits all”, therefore your beauty service package should not be either! It should be catered to your specific beauty needs, not a generic package that forces you into services you don’t actually need! At Beauty Brigade, we understand that every single wedding is unique and special, therefore we will create a completely customized package for you and your bridal party catered to your every need!
We do require a minimum of $800 in services to be booked on all wedding days!

What current trends have you seen at weddings?
Smaller more intimate weddings have definitely been the trend lately! We are here for it! I think this gives couples’ a little more flexibility in the budget to really book those dream vendors, and to include more unique and specialty details on the big day- instead of simply buying food and drinks for 200+ people! Don’t get me wrong though- we LOVE a big party too! Don’t worry babes, Beauty Brigade can glam a group of 3 or 20, and everything in between!
