When we receive an inquiry, I’ll put together detailed information and pricing based on the estimated guest count. After which, we typically answer a few questions – sometimes on the phone but more often email/text). Moving forward I then get a detailed job order, contract & payment schedule in place. At 30 day out mark, I email a questionnaire which covers final guest count, timeline, bar service details, decor choices and much more. We then have a phone consult to review the questionnaire and all aspects of the services we are providing. We want to ensure that bar service will be amazing. A final invoice is then issued with any revisions to guest count & service. Then comes the excitement – wedding day …. when we get to meet our clients in person and share in their celebration – we are always honored to have been chosen.

Our most popular liquid catering package is the deluxe full bar, which includes:

• 3 beers, 3 wines, 9 Liquors
• 4 Juices, 5 Sodas and 25 Mixers

Most couples add at least one of our entertainment options to really wow their guests.

For couples who want something special for their toast, we offer creative alternatives to traditional champagne (which most people don’t like):

(a) An after-dinner dessert “shot” served in a unique mini glass
(b) A Custom Cocktail served in a Mini-Martini or Margarita glass

Smoked Cocktails are still going strong—and not just for Old Fashioneds. We offer over 20 smoke flavors, from lemongrass, elderberry, and lavender to cinnamon and passion fruit—an unexpected twist that turns a signature cocktail into a showstopper.

Cocktail Toppers are also making waves. With our in-house equipment, we can design and print full-color toppers in four sizes—perfect for a photo, monogram, or anything you can imagine.

And because couples want their reception to stand out, we pack our bar packages with little surprises and offer a variety of unique entertainment options to wow your guests and keep the celebration unforgettable.
