A Little About Our Pricing
We offer All-Inclusive packages for stress-free service. Our pricing starts at $850, which includes 2 bartenders, 3 hours for setup & breakdown, 5 hours of bar service, all necessary equipment & supplies (bars, tables, ice, disposables, garnishments, etc), your choice of deco & lighting, travel/delivery up to 100miles, and 2 million in general & liquor liability insurance.

How would you define your "style"?
We’re out-of-the-box thinkers; we didn’t design our services based on what others offer. We built backwards based on what our clients and their guests would “wow” about …. then sprinkled in creative flair. We simply do things differently, offering an elevated experience not available elsewhere.
What does the process of working with your company look like?
We typically have 4 major touch points: quote, contract, final checklist, and wedding day. Each contact leading up to the big day is energetic, fun, detailed, and diligent. Clients tell me its like talking with an old friend. On wedding day, we execute your vision to perfection, providing service your guests will rave about.

From the charisma of the bartenders and the drink menu to the decor, presentation, flair of service, and those extra touches of entertainment, every detail matters. The bar should feel purposeful and polished … never like an afterthought.
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
Mocktails aren’t new to us, we’ve been crafting them for years, but they’ve recently gained more popularity. As the trend continues to grow, we believe non-alcoholic drinks should be every bit as premium as their spirited counterparts. With thoughtful presentation, elevated ingredients, and intentional design, our mocktails ensure every guest feels included in the celebration.
What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?
Your venue choice is a major decision, and some don’t allow outside vendors. It’s important to have a clear vision for your caterer, bar service, and entertainment — and to confirm that your venue supports those choices. These aren’t just details; they’re the heartbeat of your celebration and can make the difference between a wedding that’s unforgettable and one that simply checks the boxes.

Chris is the creative spark behind the BNC’s signature energy and flair. She has a knack for turning even the simplest pour into a performance — whether it’s cracking a joke, flipping a shaker, or unveiling a cocktail that has guests do a double take.
When not behind the bar, you’ll find her playing with her 3 poodles, in her wood workshop, driving her slingshot, or entertaining guests in her “intoxicology lab”

I cannot say enough good things about Chris and the BNC team! They were everything we were looking for AND MORE.
Leading up to the wedding, Chris made everything so easy and was always quick to get back to me with all of my crazy questions. On the wedding day, the BNC team BROUGHT IT!!! They were able to keep up with our guests (which included Navy vets who came to *drink*). I had a unique drink request for my signature cocktail, and they made it even better than I could have imagined. They kept the party going from start to finish! Our guests cannot stop talking about how great of a time they had at our wedding, and Chris and the BNC team was a huge part of it. We will forever be talking about how amazing they were.

Chris and her team were absolutely amazing ! They were overprepared and were one of the most detail-oriented vendors my wedding venue had ever worked with. They were on time and decorated the bar area better than I ever thought it would be. After the ceremony was over and the groom and I were stuck doing pictures, they brought us a specialty margarita and some water to make sure we were hydrated. The thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. They cracked jokes with the guests and made sure everyone had everything they needed. 2 weeks after my event, and I am still getting compliments about how fantastic they were. I would recommend them to anyone doing any type of catering event. They made my day so simple and stress-free because they supplied everything, which took a good amount off my plate. I don’t know where to begin. I had one of the BEST and AMAZING crews at my wedding. Chris and the rest of the Beck N Call staff went above and beyond. My wedding went incredibly well, and my guests were thrilled; they are still talking about and posting about it. The light show was a fantastic touch. We have no words and not enough “thanks you” to say because we received top notch million dollar wedding type of service. That is what it is to have vendors who make their customers feel like family. Chris and their team were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
Our guests are STILL talking about them!! The drinks were top tier, the service was phenomenal, and the vibes were up all night!! Chris even went as far to include our fur babies on the drink menu! The set up was definitely not what I expected, in the best way possible! Even through the pouring rain, Chris set up the most stunning bar I’ve ever seen. We added the love potion shooters and it was a blast. Everyone had such a great time and Chris made it happen!!
