After formal culinary education at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC and years of on the job training with Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts Jose ventured out into the world to change the catering and events scene here in central Florida, one unforgettable event at a time.

Service Area
We provide services to most of Central Florida. We are happy to travel, so long as the budget allows for our travel fees. A majority of our work is in the greater Orlando area (Groveland, Clermont, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Apopka, Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Hunter's Creek, Kissimmee, Celebration, Davenport, Winter Haven, Lake Alfred, Lakeland, and west into Tampa. Pricing
