About Echo Event Rentals

Echo Event Rentals is a luxury tableware and lounge company. We specialize in fully customizing your tablescape and lounge area for your wedding.

We provide a wide variety of tabletop rentals as well as lounge pieces and other specialized furniture items.

Services Offered

We provide delivery, setup and pickup services. We never require clients to setup our products on their wedding day. We do have a pickup option for some items, but we typically like to go and setup ourselves.

A Little About Our Pricing

All of our items are priced a la catre to better cater to clients pricing needs. We have a minimum of $500 and our average is around $12-1500 for about a 120-150 person wedding!

We are an Orlando based company but we will travel all over Florida. We mainly work in the greater Orlando and surrounding areas around 1-2 hours away.

What does the process of working with your company look like?

We start with emails to get an idea of what you’re looking for. Then, I like to schedule a meeting to do a mock-up of our items to make sure they are what you’re looking for before you book. After the meeting I will send you an invoice and a deposit is due to secure your rentals and date. Unless you need to do a lot of adjustments we don’t need much from you until 2 weeks before your wedding. We go to setup and breakdown on the day of your wedding.

What is included in your most popular packages?

Our lounge package includes: a couch, 2 accent chairs, a coffee table, side tables, a rug, pillows and other accessories. All fully customizable and included

What current trends have you seen at weddings?

I am seeing a lot of modern minimal looks at weddings recently. Very clean with small pops of colors.

What makes you or your business stand out and why should a couple hire you?

Our fully customizable options are a huge talking point for our company. Couples love to be able to pick and chose the items they want for their event, without worrying about getting stuck with overpaying for items they don’t need. All of our lounges are fully customized to match the style and color scheme for all of our clients events. We also do not charge a design fee to style the lounges for you!

What's a fun or unusual fact about you or your company?

We are not package based, which makes our pricing different than a lot of companies. We also do not change extra for design fees or any other customized pieces. Everything is all inclusive in the price of the items and delivery!

How did you get started as a wedding pro?

I went to UCF Rosen and graduated from the event management major. I worked part time in the industry during college and got the amazing opportunity to purchase Echo last year!

Share a piece of advice to reduce stress in the wedding planning process.

A good way to reduce stress is to find trusted vendors in the industry. Ask the people you are working with for recommendations on other vendors to make sure you are making a good choice for your wedding team!

What's your favorite wedding tradition and why?

My favorite wedding tradition is seeing the bride reveal when she walks down the aisle for the first time. I always love to see the husbands face and the emotions behind it. It is so pure and loving, I wish more people did the traditional first look.

Tell us more about the couples you usually get the pleasure of working with.

I have a lot of amazing couples that are very trusting in me to create a beautiful wedding for them. Many people trust me to help design their Tablescape and lounges since they don’t have a great design eye. I think it’s important to be able to trust the vendors you book to create your dream wedding.

What are some of the best compliments you've received from your clients?

I always love when a couple says the lounge design is perfect and very their style. Many couple give me full reign to design their lounges, so I love when they say it’s perfect for them. I always want to put out something unique and personalized to each client!
