We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Fairy Tales and Wedding Bells and our amazing planning team — Michelle, Noelle, and Jen. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive, making our entire wedding experience feel seamless and stress-free.
Michelle went above and beyond for us in a way we will never forget. The day before our wedding, she took time out of her schedule to come and be with us while the steamer was there, and that meant more to us than we can put into words. Having her there in that moment gave us such peace of mind, and it was just one example of how genuinely caring and dedicated she is to her couples.
On our wedding day, Noelle and Jen were absolutely incredible. They made sure everything ran smoothly and completely took the stress off of us, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. When an unexpected situation came up — my husband’s brother accidentally leaving my husband’s phone and wallet on a bench at Disney — they handled it calmly and efficiently, ensuring everything was taken care of without us ever feeling the stress of it.
Because of Michelle, Noelle, and Jen, our day was organized, calm, and truly joyful. We felt so supported every step of the way, and we are endlessly grateful for their dedication, kindness, and professionalism. I am the father of the bride and we hired Fairytales and Wedding Bells for a planner, day of services. This vendor was unorganized and didn’t provide the services she was paid for. If you are looking for a wedding planner or day service vendor to help the bride this is clearly not the vendor you want. I would never recommend this company. This day is a special day. This is to be a wonderful day not a day of stress and frustration.

My wife and I attended the wedding of our niece. When we arrived at the reception hall we could hear someone yelling at the mother of the bride from down the hall. Later in the evening we asked the mother of the bride who was yelling and she pointed out it was the day of coordinator. Had she not told me she was the coordinator I would have assumed she was a guest because she was dancing and doing the photo op. Very unprofessional. After the wedding was well over I also learned she was very rude when problems were pointed out to her.

I am the brother of a bride who hired Michelle and fairy tales and wedding bells. My sister was very excited for her wedding day and to have her family there to see it. On the actual day of the wedding without consulting anyone, about 10 seconds before i walked my mom down the aisle I was told to return back to the entry way after I walk my mom down the aisle. I was not given any explanation until I was back from walking my mom down the aisle. Thats when I was told there was a last minute change to how the rings would be brought in. I thought my sister had changed it last minute without telling me and rightfully was hurt I\’d be missing most of the wedding because of this. I stood behind the closed entry way door for half the wedding and only got to see the I dos because of this last minute change. Later during the reception I found out this decision was not told to anyone before hand and was strictly the idea of Michelle. My sister the bride was furious and my parents were furious. When we voiced our anger to Michelle, not only did she try to justify her actions. She also never once within multiple meetings and a long letter ever tried to apologize for any of the issues that happened on the day of the wedding. For that and many other reasons I cannot recommend this team to anyone looking for a smooth wedding day.
In response to your reply Michelle. First, the new plan you made for me to be apart of the wedding beyond walking my mother and grandmother was not discussed with the bride or my father the point of contact in case the bride cannot be reached per your own contract. In addition to you making this change without telling anyone the exact changes, I was only told that I needed to come back to the front room outside of the wedding area about 30 seconds to a minute before walking my mom down the aisle. Before my mom and I walked down that aisle we both asked multiple times why I needed to come back and you refused to give a answer. Only once I had walked into the front room and the doors closed was I informed of the change you had decided on which was that I was to walk down the aisle with the rings. I was asked months before if I wanted to be apart of the wedding beyond walking my family down the aisle and had said expressly no. My sister and mother told you that in the planning phase. You expressly ignored it and because of the timing of when you told me about this change,I was unfairly coerced into this role. This role I was coerced into should have been the duty of the coordinator, not a guest who flew in for the experience of watching his sister get married. Because of this change I not only was forced to miss a substantial portion of my sister’s wedding but also under the impression it was my sister’s idea. Your wording and tone made it seem like my sister changed this at the rehearsal I was not able to attend. But I was later informed that you had also missed the rehearsal. Which feels like a vital thing for a day of coordinator to be at.
As for the fact you “were touched by my sister’s wedding”. I do not care how touched you were, the bride and her entire family should have been touched watching the wedding. Frankly I am appalled you not only have the guts to say this knowing you have made multiple changes that have ruined my sister’s wedding for her and her family. She has stated that you were the worst mistake she made for her wedding. You should know that I feel sorry for anyone who is unfortunate enough to have you as their day of coordinator.”

The changes to your sister’s event were approved by yourself and / or stakeholders. The majority of such changes were safety issues (ie threatening weather DIY construction challenges, ect) that were adjusted to still stay true to her vision.
On a more personal note, I want to express how deeply your sister’s wedding touched us. Your willingness to step in and help in this event truly made a difference for this event.

I worked as a videographer for this particular wedding and Fairy Tales & Wedding Bells were so great to work with. The team even shared my work after the wedding! I cannot recommend Michelle enough! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, DO IT! It’ll save you headaches and stress. We had a Disney wedding and she is an asset as Disney weddings don’t provide the level of service as Michelle does when it comes to day of coordinating. I regard her as a friend now and again, I highly recommend her!

Michelle has been my go-to throughout this experience. I have 150 guests and Disney doesn’t help or get back to you at all. If I didn’t have Michelle I would have canceled our wedding. We are flying her out to our wedding and hired her team so we will have multiple assistants on stand bye.
