Goldenbear Event Rentals is a boutique wedding rental company that specializes in outdoor weddings, intimate weddings, and DIY weddings and events! Our unique sawhorse leg farm tables, finished wood barrels, and rustic live wood benches are so picturesque on their own that they’ll actually help you save on décor and stay on budget.

UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we have added a beautiful dark wood dance floor to our offering! It can be used indoors or outdoors and is the perfect compliment to our rustic wood pieces.

We are a boutique rental company specializing in rustic wood pieces for intimate weddings, backyard weddings, & DIY weddings! Some of our most popular pieces are our signature Sawhorse Leg Farm Tables, Barrel Cocktail Tables, and Live Wood Benches. We offer budget friendly packages, we are owner operated and do all of the delivery and set up as well as pick up/break down, and we offer free consultations to help you find the perfect pieces for your event.
A Little About Our Pricing
Individual pieces range from $4 – $900. Packages range from $750 – $2250 and include the delivery fee. Our most popular package is the The Rustic Wedding Package which is for up to 100 guests and includes 20 live wood benches, 12 farm tables, 1 sweetheart farm table, 110 wood garden chairs, 2 barrel cocktail tables, and 1 dual barrel farm table for $2250 with delivery and set up included.

How would you define your "style"?
At Goldenbear Event Rentals, we call our style “polished rustic”. We specialize in all-wood rental pieces that bring an elevated, organic feel to outdoor spaces. Whether it’s a backyard, a park, or a venue lawn, our furniture adds that touch of charm that feels both rustic and refined. We’re not the rental company for trendy pieces in every color, we’re about well-crafted essentials that look good and function for real outdoor events.
What does the process of working with your company look like?
First give us a call or schedule a consultation to go over your wedding details and rental needs. It helps to check out our website first so that you can see the look of our rental pieces. We can give you our recommendations and a general idea of cost over the phone. From there we’ll send you a quote via email and this quote will serve as your contract to sign if you would like to proceed in locking in your wedding date. To reserve your date, we just need the signed contract and 50% deposit. The final 50% is due one month before your wedding. On the day of your event, we will arrive at your requested time to set up and we will not leave until you are thrilled with the positioning and layout of the pieces. After your wedding, we’ll arrive at your specified pick up time to pack up all of the pieces without you having to lift a finger!

What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?
If you’re leaning toward a backyard, residential property, or non-traditional outdoor space, think beyond just the beauty of the location. Look at accessibility, ground conditions, shade, and backup rain options. You don’t need it to be perfect, you need a place that feels right for the vibe you want for your wedding and that can support your vendors and guests. We’ve worked everywhere from riverside docks, driveways, and enclosed patios to open fields, front lawns, and even pool decks. We have to get creative at times but we always make it work and we won’t leave until our clients are thrilled with the layout.

We want to bring you the dreamy look that farmhouse tables offer, at a price that is affordable for even a DIY budget. Our specialty is intimate events and small to medium weddings of 200 guests or less.
