At Goldenbear Event Rentals, we call our style “polished rustic”. We specialize in all-wood rental pieces that bring an elevated, organic feel to outdoor spaces. Whether it’s a backyard, a park, or a venue lawn, our furniture adds that touch of charm that feels both rustic and refined. We’re not the rental company for trendy pieces in every color, we’re about well-crafted essentials that look good and function for real outdoor events.

First give us a call or schedule a consultation to go over your wedding details and rental needs. It helps to check out our website first so that you can see the look of our rental pieces. We can give you our recommendations and a general idea of cost over the phone. From there we’ll send you a quote via email and this quote will serve as your contract to sign if you would like to proceed in locking in your wedding date. To reserve your date, we just need the signed contract and 50% deposit. The final 50% is due one month before your wedding. On the day of your event, we will arrive at your requested time to set up and we will not leave until you are thrilled with the positioning and layout of the pieces. After your wedding, we’ll arrive at your specified pick up time to pack up all of the pieces without you having to lift a finger!

Our most popular package is the The Rustic Wedding Package which is for up to 100 guests and includes 20 live edge wood benches, 12 farm tables, 1 sweetheart farm table, 110 wood garden chairs, 2 barrel cocktail tables, and 1 dual barrel farm table for $2250 with delivery and set up included.

We’ve worked everywhere from riverside docks, driveways, and enclosed patios to open fields, front lawns, and even pool decks. We have to get creative at times but we always make it work and we won’t leave until our clients are thrilled with the layout.

Yes! Because we’re owner-operated, you’ll work directly with us, and we make sure your farm tables, chairs, dance floor, and other rentals are set up exactly where you want them before we leave. On-time delivery and professional setup and break down is included with our wedding rental packages. If you don’t opt for a package and choose to order a la carte, the delivery fee is $185 if your event is within our 60 mile delivery range.

Absolutely! Beach weddings are one of the reasons we love what we do. (We had a beach wedding ourselves!) Our wood rental collection was designed with Florida’s outdoor elements in mind, making our farm tables, benches, chairs, barrel tables, and other pieces a beautiful choice for beach and waterfront weddings. We’re also experienced with delivering to unconventional event locations, including beaches, parks, and private residences.

Yes! Our outdoor wood dance floor can be installed on grass, sand, and other uneven outdoor surfaces. We install a proper subfloor underneath to create a more level, stable surface, and our team handles all of the delivery, setup, and breakdown.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rentals and secure your wedding date. Once your reservation is confirmed, those pieces are held for your event. The final balance is due one month prior to your event. If there are any changes you would like made to your order, we ask that you please reach out one month before your event so that your contract can be updated before paying your final installment. If you are booking an event within a month from your event, full payment must be received to reserve your date.

We’re based in Deltona and have services weddings and events throughout Central Florida and beyond, including Orlando, Sanford, Lake Mary, DeLand, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Kissimmee, Ocala, Florida’s Space Coast, St. Augustine, and surrounding areas. If your event is outside of our 60 mile delivery radius, an increased delivery fee will be applied to cover the additional travel expenses.

We recommend seating 8–10 guests per farm table. If you plan to seat guests at both ends, the table comfortably fits four guests on each side plus one at each end for a total of 10. If you prefer not to use the ends, four guests per side offers the most comfortable spacing, although five guests per side can still work well and is a popular choice for couples who want to seat 10 guests at each table. Our best tip is to consider your specific guest list when deciding on your layout, including comfort, accessibility, and how much space each guest may need.

Yes! We offer several budget-friendly wedding rental packages for celebrations from 30 to 100 guests. Delivery and setup fees are included with every package. Tax is not included.
