A little about Iced by Taylor — we’re a husband and wife duo, Luis and Taylor, specializing in buttercream cakes and gourmet desserts for every occasion. Our journey began in 2020 when, in the midst of quarantine, we baked a birthday cake and cupcakes for our twin daughters’ 4th birthday. The love and joy it brought to our family—and everyone who tasted it—sparked an idea that turned into a dream we’ve been able to make come true.
Now, with our daughters, who are 8 and big sisters to their 3-month-old brother, we’ve grown our business together and our passion for creating not only delicious cakes but beautiful ones too! Luis bakes all our cakes and desserts, while Taylor brings your vision to life with her creative cake designs and all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into making your sweet moments perfect. When you reach out, Taylor’s the one you’ll connect with to ensure every detail is just right.

Services Offered
We offer both intimate and grand wedding cakes, dessert bars with the delicious decorated or gourmet style sweets, dessert and cake delivery and set up and even cake tasting sample boxes for you to enjoy our signature flavors!
A Little About Our Pricing
Our average wedding couple spends about $1,000-$1,200 for our cake and dessert bars. Our cakes start at $150 for intimate sweetheart cakes and start at $350 for couples serving 50 guests.
Areas in Florida We Serve
We service Orlando, FL & surrounding areas ranging from Howey in the Hills to St. Cloud and in between. If you selected a venue that you’re unsure we service but it’s in the Central Florida area, we would love to hear from you and see if we’re a good fit!

How would you define your "style"?
Our style is buttercream and Floral focused as we don’t specialize in fondant cakes but delicious, smooth buttercream covered cakes typically adorned in hand made art with edible mediums such as wafer paper and buttercream texture or fresh florals.
What is included in your most popular packages?
Most of our couples are absolutely obsessed with our churro cheesecake bites and shooters and include them in our dessert bars!
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
Catering to your wedding guests more so than just the couple has been a lot more popular lately so a lot of couples are leaning toward small, intimate cakes for the ceremonial cake cutting and dessert bars for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour!
