Just Save The Date is an award-winning, full-service event planning and design company with offices in Orlando and Key West. At Just Save The Date, we believe that we don’t just plan events, we plan our friends’ events. Our process is tailored to the unique and individual needs of each client allowing us to provide a personalized experience that is sure to deliver unforgettable results.

In order to create a unique and memorable event, we must get to know our clients on a personal level. Accordingly, our events directly reflect our clients, their personalities, and their vision. For some “the devil is in the details,” but, for us, our client’s personalities are in the details, making the overall event truly unique and memorable.

We offer full planning, event management, partial planning and a la carte services. We live by our motto – just save the date and let us take care of the rest!

We believe our attention to detail, organization, creativity, friendship and just plain awesomeness have really driven us to where we are today!

We offer Event Management/Month-Of Coordination to Full Service Planning, with our most popular service being our Partial Planning option that begins with our Event Management/Month-Of Coordination and offers a la carte services to be added on to help create a Custom-Curated Collection to fit your needs and your budget.

Service Area

We are based in Orlando and Key West, but we cover everything in between and are available for travel around the globe! Being located in some of the top destination wedding locations, we are well-versed in serving our clients remotely. We understand that you are unable to travel for every meeting and every detail. Just Save The Date provides exceptional service to assure that your wedding will be top notch and perfectly planned to a “t”.

Pricing

We offer our clients custom-curated collections and solutions based on their needs and budget. Knowing that no two events (especially budgets) are alike, we believe that no two packages should be either. Each solution is based on several factors, including location, number of guests, services required, and the amount of time committed to the planning process. Our services begin at $1,750 for Event Management/Month-Of Coordination. We treat them like friends. Our relationship driven approach allows us to really connect with clients and learn about what they like, what they don't like and exactly how they want their wedding or event to go! We bring a level of expertise and experience to our clients that you don't find everywhere. We have spent almost 15 years specializing in destination weddings and events throughout the U.S. This, combined with our genuine and unique ability to get to know and connect with our clients on a deeply personal level, allows us to deliver unforgettable, one-of-a-kind events that are uniquely you!

What's a fun or unusual fact about you or your company?

Just Save The Date started in Key West, Florida, which is one of the top Destination Wedding location in the United States.

How did you get started as a wedding pro?

My inspiration & love of event planning came while I was planning my own destination wedding. It seemed nearly impossible to capture my our collective vision as a couple for the big day, particularly before the days of social media tools. So I leveraged my professional event planning experience, and not only planned our wedding, but also designed and created many of our wedding elements, such as the decor. After working in different aspects and roles of the event industry for almost 10 years, I found myself in the Southernmost City, where I had the opportunity to work for another planner. I learned a lot about the destination wedding industry, including a lot of things not to do. I took that experience and my love of the sun, sand, and travel and began Just Save The Date!
