Most mapping apps will tell you it takes 20 minutes to get from a hotel to a venue. However, getting 50 guests out of a hotel lobby, onto a motorcoach, and into their seats takes an average of 10 to 15 minutes. We always advise our couples to build a 15-minute ‘Kingdom Buffer’ into their shuttle schedule. By starting the boarding process earlier than the GPS says you ‘need’ to leave, you ensure that even if a bridesmaid forgets her bouquet or a guest is running late, the ceremony still starts exactly on time. Our goal is to make sure the only thing you’re focused on is your walk down the aisle, not where the bus is!”
