Throughout the planning process, we’re here to help bring all the pieces together. That may include finding vendors to fit your style and vision, creating timelines, assisting with seating charts, and making sure no details are overlooked. As your wedding day approaches we coordinate with your vendor team to make sure everyone knows the plan. On the wedding day, we handle setup, manage vendors, keep the timeline moving, and take care of the behind the scenes details and unexpected moments that may come up. Most importantly, we become the first point of contact so you don’t have to be. Our job is to keep the day running smoothly, keep stress away from you, and give you the freedom to be fully present and enjoy the day you’ve spent so much time planning.

Our most popular package is Partial Planning, designed for couples who want support throughout the planning process while still being involved in the planning process. We help connect you with vendors that fit your needs and style, keep everyone on the same page, and build a detailed wedding day timeline around your vision.

Be sure to ask about vendor restrictions, since some venues require you to use certain vendors or may not allow you to use outside vendors at all.
