Services Offered
We offer full-service wedding planning, partial wedding planning, month-of event management, and destination wedding planning.
Full-Service Wedding Planning is for couples who want support from the beginning. We help guide the planning process, manage logistics, coordinate vendors, develop the wedding design, build the timeline, and bring all the details together.
Partial Wedding Planning is ideal for couples who have already started planning but want professional guidance, organization, vendor support, design direction, or help filling in the gaps.
Month-of Event Management is for couples who have done most of the planning themselves but want an experienced team to take over the final details, vendor communication, timeline management, and wedding-day logistics so they can be fully present.
Destination Wedding Planning is available for couples planning weddings outside their home area or building a larger wedding-weekend experience. We can help coordinate the wedding day as well as related events such as welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and post-wedding brunches.
No matter where you are in the planning process, our goal is to give you the right level of support so you can feel organized, confident, and excited about your wedding instead of overwhelmed by it.
A Little About Our Pricing
Our wedding planning services currently start at $1,100 for month-of event management and go up to $3,850 for full-service wedding planning.
Partial wedding planning falls between those options depending on the level of support you need.
Most couples choose the package that gives them enough guidance to feel organized and confident without paying for help they don’t actually need.
We also offer destination wedding planning with custom pricing based on the location, guest count, travel requirements, and the number of events involved. That can include everything from the wedding day itself to welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and morning-after brunches.
Travel and accommodation fees may apply for weddings outside our primary service areas.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should couples know before their first consultation with you?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before talking with us. In fact, that’s kind of the point. Come prepared to tell us what you already know, what you’re excited about, what’s stressing you out, and what you want your wedding to feel like. If you already have a venue, budget, guest count, or vendors booked, great. If you’re starting with nothing more than a date and a Pinterest board, that’s okay too. Our first conversation is about getting to know you, understanding where you are in the planning process, and figuring out what kind of support would actually make your life easier.
How would you describe your style or approach?
Our approach is equal parts Ribbon and Rogue. Ribbon is the organized side: timelines, spreadsheets, vendor communication, logistics, budgets, and making sure all the moving pieces work together. Rogue is the creative side: bold ideas, unexpected details, personal touches, and being willing to throw out wedding traditions that don’t feel like you. We don’t have one signature wedding style that we repeat for every couple. Our goal is to understand your style and priorities, then help you create a wedding that feels unmistakably yours.
What does the process of working with you look like?
We start by learning where you are in the planning process, what you’ve already accomplished, and where you need support. From there, the process depends on your planning package. Full-service couples receive support throughout the planning and design process, while partial planning focuses on filling in the gaps and helping with the areas where you need us most. For month-of event management, we step in closer to the wedding to organize the final details, communicate with vendors, build out the timeline, and manage wedding-day logistics. No matter which level of planning you choose, our job is to bring clarity to the process, keep things moving, and make sure you aren’t spending your wedding day answering vendor questions or solving problems.
How far in advance do you recommend couples book their services?
The earlier you bring a planner into the process, the more we can help with decisions like budgeting, venue and vendor selection, design, logistics, and overall planning strategy. For full-service and partial planning, we recommend reaching out as soon as you know you’d like professional support. Month-of event management can be booked later in the planning process, but popular wedding dates can fill quickly. Even if your wedding is coming up sooner than expected, reach out. If we have availability, we can determine what still needs to be done and where our team can make the biggest difference.
What is included in your most popular packages?
We offer full-service wedding planning, partial wedding planning, and month-of event management, with destination wedding planning also available. Full-service planning provides the most comprehensive support and can include planning strategy, vendor coordination, logistics, wedding design, timelines, and bringing all of the details together. Partial planning is designed for couples who have already made progress but need professional guidance, organization, vendor support, or help completing certain parts of the wedding. Month-of event management is for couples who have planned their wedding but want our team to take over the final coordination, vendor communication, timeline, and wedding-day logistics. During your consultation, we’ll help determine which option makes the most sense based on what you’ve already planned and how much support you want.
Do you offer customizable packages or à la carte options?
Yes. We don’t believe every couple needs exactly the same amount of planning support. We’ll look at what you’ve already completed, what still needs to be done, and where you want professional help before recommending the best option. Depending on your wedding and needs, we can discuss customizing the level of support rather than pushing you into services you don’t actually need. Our goal is to give you the right amount of help for your wedding, not simply sell you the biggest package.
Do you have experience with different cultural or religious wedding traditions?
When a wedding includes traditions or customs that are important to you or your family, we take the time to understand how they should be incorporated, communicate with the appropriate family members, vendors, or officiants when needed, and make sure those elements are properly accounted for in the timeline and logistics.
