We create a safe, fun, and organized kids’ space with age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and calm-down zones. Our sitters are trained, background-checked, and led by an experienced management team.

We offer packages based on guest count, hours, ages, and staffing needs.
Most popular wedding package: Starting at $2,750
This typically includes a staffed kids’ area, activities, supplies, and a secure check-in/check-out process.
For larger weddings, multiple rooms, or wedding-weekend coverage, pricing ranges based on staffing volume and schedule complexity. We’re happy to provide a fast quote once we know the date, venue, hours, and estimated child count.
Areas in Florida We Serve
We primarily serve Central Florida, including Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, Clermont, Lake Mary, Sanford, and surrounding areas.
We also travel to weddings throughout Florida, including Tampa Bay, Space Coast (Cocoa Beach/Melbourne), Daytona, and Jacksonville, as well as destination events by request.

What does the process of working with your company look like?
Every client with Tootles first connection is with the owner Tyneshia. After Tyneshia and the client design the couple’s day we send over the contract with the details and lock in the date. The client will then receive a confirmation email with the next steps once the retainer is received.
What is included in your most popular packages?
Our most popular package includes: A team of trained, background-checked sitters A lead sitter to manage the room and timeline Secure child check-in/check-out process Age-appropriate activities (crafts + games + quiet options) Basic supplies to keep kids engaged and organized A calm-down/rest area when space allows We customize everything based on the venue and the ages of the attendees.
What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?
Build childcare into your guest experience early, mention it on your wedding website and invitations, so parents can plan ahead. It increases RSVP confidence, keeps kids happier, and helps your guests stay longer and enjoy more of the celebration.
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
We’re seeing more “wedding weekend” coverage (welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and farewell brunches), plus dedicated kids’ rooms at the reception so parents can check in easily while still enjoying the night. Couples are also requesting quieter, sensory-friendly corners for younger children, along with a reception room set-up.
What advice would you give a couple who is starting the search for the perfect venue?
Choose a venue that supports the flow of your day—especially for guest comfort. Ask about space options for a kids’ room, proximity to restrooms, and whether there’s a nearby quiet room for breaks. A venue that plans for your guests’ experience always feels more elevated.

We hired Tootles Event Sitters for our wedding and are glad we did. They were accommodating with several changes we had to make during our booking process (e.g. number of children attending), which we definitely appreciated.
The three sitters that were at our wedding did a great job! Several of our guests who registered their children with Tootles told us they had a good experience—their kids were entertained and they were able to check in on them throughout the night.
Tootles was also a big help to two of our guests who were in our wedding party. They were there with their daughter who was supposed to be looked after by other members of their family. But, at the last minute, those family members were unable to attend. Fortunately, Tootles was able to watch their daughter during the ceremony, so it all worked out well.
Overall, we’re happy that we booked Tootles for our wedding and would recommend their services!

I highly recommend Tootles for your babysitting needs while in Orlando! We hired Tootles to watch our grandchildren during one of our daughter’s wedding weekend and it could not have gone any smoother! The sitter arrived on time, was very enthusiastic and engaging with the children. My 2 1/2 year old granddaughter felt completely at ease, loved playing with the sitter and asked if she could come see her again. The whole booking process was easy and I always received a quick response to any questions. We definitely will be using their services again!
