We believe in using only the finest and freshest ingredients possible. When possible, we choose organic ingredients over conventional. We also feel that supporting local farmers is just as important. We’ll choose fresh from our home state instead of shipped cross-country any day of the week! This always reflects positively on our final product.

We offer plated meals, buffets, and unique bar service packages. From menu design to set up to clean up, Chef Candelaria and his team will go above and beyond to make your wedding day or special event catering a complete success. Other than amazing food, they’ll also provide your big day with event rental items such as barware, china, chocolate fountains, flatware, glassware, linens, and more.
