Does the venue offer catering or bar services? If yes, what is the average cost per guest?
We offer a list of preferred vendors who we trust. You are welcome to use vendors of your choice pending venue approval.
Is there a backup plan for outdoor ceremonies? If yes, what is it?
We highly encourage couples to reserve a tent in case of rain showers. Together, we will look at the forecast 4 days in advance. If rain is predicted, a tent is required.
How much setup time is included, and can they purchase extra?
Two hours of set up time is typical for most vendors, however we can be flexible on the set up time depending on what package the couple has reserved. We know that a beautiful day may take a little time to set up!
What makes your venue a favorite with couples?
Couples fall in love with our venue because of the beautiful scenery. The venue is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel at home with its southern charm and peaceful atmosphere.
Are couples required to provide wedding insurance?
Yes, we require personal event liability insurance and event cancellation insurance.

We host all kinds of special events such as bridal showers, birthdays, workshops, networking events, retreats, and more!

What is the guest maximum?
Our indoor reception area can seat up to 40 people. Outdoors, we can seat up to 250.

Our bridal suite and grooms lounge, our beautiful majestic oak trees strung with twinkling lights, and the peaceful equestrian backdrop nestled between the lakes.

Autumn Hill Estate is a hidden gem nestled on the outskirts of Orlando.
I had the honor of working here for a day during a styled shoot, the estate could not have been any more perfect.
This charming venue is not only beautiful, but also peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous oak trees & landscaping. As a photographer, this venue is a dream to shoot at. & as a bride & groom, I can easily tell how wonderful it would be to get married here. From the spacious bridal suite and grooms room, to multiple areas both in and outdoor for endless decor and photo spot options. The venue owners were so friendly and inviting. You can tell they took a lot of time and much effort went into perfecting this venue.
I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Where to even begin! Autumn Hill Estate is simply put- one of the BEST venues I’ve had the pleasure of working at. The layout of the home is so well thought out, the property (land) it’s on is gorgeous, and the owners and staff are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. I cannot recommend them enough for brides wanting to have a romantic, secluded wedding with a farmhouse charm. It’s truly a little slice of Heaven on Earth!

As a wedding videographer, Autumn Hill Estate is hands down one of the most beautiful and well-thought-out venues I’ve had the chance to film at. The property is stunning from every angle — wide open pastures, peaceful water, and oak trees that create the perfect natural backdrop for both ceremonies and portraits.
What really stands out is how intentional everything feels. The layout flows naturally, the lighting is incredible throughout the day (especially at golden hour), and the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and easy to work in.
From a vendor perspective, it’s a dream — organized, supportive, and built for a seamless wedding day. From a couple’s perspective, it’s the kind of place that turns your wedding into an experience.
