Included for use in the venue rental of this space is the following:• Ballroom- may easily accommodate large or small events – has 6 large crystal dimmable chandeliers or use ceiling fluorescents – a crystal ball in the center with multiple color choices – a state of the art sound system. DJ’s may plug in their laptops and control the sound and volume.• Dining, banquet, sweetheart, cake and cocktail tables and chairs. Set up provided in accordance with renter’s layout.• Tablecloths and overlays – variety of choices available• White chair covers• One option offered for table center piece. A 28″ Silver Crystal Chain Diamond Pendant Chandelier Stand that may be topped with flowers.• Large Kitchen for caterers to utilize.• 1,400 sq ft roofed Trex deck overlooking acres of grass and lake view. Perfect for ceremonies, cocktails or party on the deck. Sound system from ballroom connected to deck speakers.• Bridal suite plus its use for one night on venue date.• Game room with pool table, also used as groom’s room.• Ladies and Men’s restrooms• Use of outside acreage reviewed and approved by Ballroom On The Lake.• Parking – lit at night• Ballroom staff will dispose of the garbage in the garbage cans and sweep the floor. Renter is required to clean up their event decorations, food and disposables.One price for all the above not including tax. Price may vary depending on dates.
