Our average price for a Saturday rental is $3000.00 but can vary based on the day of week. We offer smaller spaces for rent on Sunday - Friday.

We include (8) hours of rental time (don't forget to factor in your set up and tear down time. Additional time can be added on a per hour basis). We also include 60" round tables and chairs as well as cocktail tables, 6' x 30" rectangle tables and stage. Our dance floors are built-in.

You may use any caterer as long as they are licensed and insured. Alcohol of any kind will require the use of our exclusive vendor.

You are required to provide event insurance for all self service events which would include home catering or potluck, restaurant drop- off catering

Couples choose our event when they want a complete DIY day. We have a suggested vendor list but you are not obligated to choose a business from it.

Amount of space, just under 7000 sq. ft., our ballroom can be divided with airwalls so that you can have your ceremony on one side and your reception on the other while utilizing the patio for cocktail hour

We host all events: Milestone birthdays, quinceaneras, baby showers and anniversaries to name a few.
