The rental cost includes access to our Ballroom, Outdoor Kitchen & Bar, and Wedding Lawn, each accommodating up to 450 guests. You will have exclusive use of 2 Green/Bridal Suites for preparation and relaxation. The venue provides 44 round tables (60 inches), 12 six-foot rectangle tables, and 14 high-top tables, along with 400 gray padded chairs designated for indoor use. An advanced A/V system is available, complemented by background music to enhance your event atmosphere. Power access includes 20-amp circuit outlets, with options for additional power upgrades at an extra fee. Black or white linens are provided to complement your décor. Throughout your event, our dedicated onsite BSP Venue Staff will be available to support and ensure everything runs smoothly.

We provide bar service! The average cost per person per hour for full liquor is $20-$50. (Up to 5 hours) All packages also include soda, water stations, and disposable barware. Keep in mind there’s a $250 bar setup fee per bar and a $150 bartender fee per bartender, plus a 22% production fee and 7.51% alcohol sales tax.
