The Boathouse is a charming, intimate venue overlooking the beautiful lagoon, offering a naturally scenic backdrop perfect for smaller weddings and casual gatherings. With both an upper and lower tier, the space allows for an easy flow between ceremony and celebration. Included in the wedding package are elegant white wedding chairs and two classic arch options, allowing couples to exchange vows surrounded by nature. The Boathouse accommodates up to 100 guests and offers a relaxed, picturesque setting that feels both private and inviting.
For larger celebrations, the Event Center is a versatile and modern space that can host up to 450 guests. The centerpiece of this venue is a lush wedding lawn complete with an arbor, ideal for outdoor ceremonies. Adjacent to the lawn is an outdoor bar and kitchen area, perfect for cocktail hour or guest mingling before dinner. Inside, the Event Center includes two private getting ready suites perfect for you and your bridal party. Each suite comes equipped with a long built-in vanity mirror, mini-fridge, and private restroom to offer comfort and privacy as you prepare for your big moment. The building also features a full commercial kitchen, ideal for catering teams to execute flawless service. Should the weather take a turn, the Event Center offers a built-in rain plan—its ballroom can be partitioned to allow for a seamless transition, with one section for the ceremony and the other for dining and dancing.
For more intimate events, the Welcome Center room offers a cozy and convenient setting right next to Starbucks, making it ideal for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, or casual gatherings. This space accommodates up to 30 guests and features window shades that add a sense of privacy and comfort. It’s the perfect option for pre-wedding events or smaller celebrations that deserve just as much attention and care.
