Begin with an outdoor ceremony surrounded by nature, followed by cocktail hour either in our furnished indoor lounge space or outside beneath the sky. A sparkling pool anchors the estate, with twinkle lights strung overhead, gently guiding guests toward the reception area — a versatile space complete with tables, chairs, and linens, ready for you to make it your own.
The reception area includes a generous dancing area and elevated stage, perfect for live music, DJs, or heartfelt toasts. There’s also a built-in bar, designed for easy service and gathering; a natural hub as the evening unfolds. Around the property, you’ll find countless spots for photos, from wide open fields to hidden corners that glow at golden hour.
To keep your day smooth and centered, you’ll have access to a beautiful bridal suite and a thoughtfully appointed groom’s room, each designed with comfort, calm, and good light in mind.

What is the average price range for venue rental?
Our venue rental ranges from $3,000 to $5,500, depending on the day of the week. Monday through Thursday weddings start at $3,000, Fridays and Sundays are $4,500, and Saturdays are $5,500.We also offer a variety of optional add-ons to enhance your day, including early access to the venue, use of our outdoor fireplace, bar services, a photo booth, and more. We’d be happy to walk you through all the options during your tour!
What is included in that cost?
Private 10 acres of land with endless areas for pictures, access from 10am-10pm. Outdoor ceremony and fully furnished/lounge cocktail hour, large bridal suite and grooms area. Beautiful redesigned reception space including tables, chairs, and linens. Use of speaker and disco party light on the dance floor. Built in stage for your DJ.
Does the venue provide catering and bar service? If so, what is the average cost per person?
We do not provide in house catering. We do provide a licensed and insured bartender with the ability to bring in your own alcohol. Bartender pricing is $7-$10 per person – price varies depending on your guest count.

We allow events to run until 10 P.M. This gives you plenty of time for dinner, dancing, and unforgettable memories.

Yes! We highly encourage couples to schedule a private tour of Eterna Estate. Seeing the property in person is the best way to envision your big day. Tours can be scheduled by appointment, just contact us and we’ll make it happen.
