My name is Claudia, and I’m the Sales Manager at Fogo de Chão Vineland—Orlando’s newest destination for unforgettable weddings and elegant celebrations. Since opening our doors this past December, we’ve had the honor of hosting couples and their loved ones in a space designed to elevate life’s most cherished moments.
Our venue blends modern sophistication with rich Brazilian warmth. Floor-to-ceiling windows, ambient lighting, and refined design elements create a romantic backdrop perfect for bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, or full wedding receptions.
We offer:
A spacious restaurant offering full buyout or offering private dining room that seats up to 80 guests (or can be divided into two more intimate spaces)
A stunning outdoor patio for up to 50 guests—ideal for cocktail hours, ceremonies, or al fresco receptions
Our signature culinary experience is what truly sets us apart. Guests will enjoy fire-roasted meats carved tableside, a gourmet market table, handcrafted cocktails, and accommodations for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free needs—ensuring every guest is delighted.

Our story:
The founders of Fogo de Chão grew up on a traditional Southern Brazilian farm in the Serra Gaucha. It is here that they learned to cook in the churrasco grilling tradition that would become the backbone of our story. This first restaurant, built of a wood structure and nestled in the countryside of Porto Alegre, grew out of an obsessive dedication to quality, investments in the art and culture of the city and a respect for the heritage of the founders’ families. At the requests of loyal American guests, the Fogo concept was exported to the U.S. with a stateside debut in Dallas, Texas.
Between 1997 and 2013, this pioneering churrascaria continued its expansion in Brazil and the U.S. opening 29 new restaurants.
The culinary team has continued the tradition of developing new menu creations rooted in the Brazilian tradition that push forward the Brazilian churrasco experience. In 2013, new seafood dishes were introduced. Later that year, the Bar Fogo concept emerged within Fogo restaurants, introducing guests to new Brazilian-inspired small plates, award-winning wines and cocktails.

One of our favorite weddings was Ana and Marcus’s. Ana is vegan, Marcus loves meat, and they wanted a celebration that made everyone happy.We worked with them to create a menu that had it all—our gauchos served sizzling Brazilian meats tableside, while Ana’s vegan dishes and desserts impressed even the skeptics.The best moment was when Ana’s dad, who had never tried vegan food, stood up during his toast and said, “I came for the steak, but I’m leaving a fan of the vegan dishes too.”As they danced under the warm glow from our big windows, you could see how everyone felt included and truly celebrated.That’s exactly the kind of night we love to create.
