While we do not provide in house catering or bar services, you’re welcome to bring your own licensed and insured vendors. We also have a list of trusted caterers and bartenders we are happy to recommend.
Is there a guest or spending minimum required to book?
There is no guest minimum and no food or beverage spending requirement. We comfortably host weddings from intimate celebrations to up to 150 guests.
What does a typical wedding day look like?
Your wedding day includes private access to the estate for getting ready, your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and photos throughout our 20+ scenic locations, all in one place.
Is there a backup plan for outdoor ceremonies? If yes, what is it?
Yes. We have a weather contingency plan with optional tent rentals available. If you reserve a tent and it isn’t needed due to good weather, your tent deposit is refunded.
How much setup time is included, and can they purchase extra?
Up to 12 hours of property access is included, depending on the wedding package selected. Additional time may be purchased in advance, subject to availability.

Couples love the privacy, flexibility, and variety our estate offers. With lakefront views, landscaped gardens, stone architecture, and multiple ceremony and reception spaces, the entire wedding can take place in one beautiful setting.
Are couples required to provide wedding insurance?
Yes. Couples are required to obtain day-of event insurance for their wedding. We provide the coverage requirements during the booking process.

We host birthdays, quinceañeras, corporate events, micro weddings, holiday celebrations, festivals, photo sessions, anniversaries, school events, themed parties, conferences, and galas.

How many weddings do you host per day/weekend?
We host only one private wedding per day, ensuring each couple has exclusive access to the property. Throughout the week, we also accommodate engagement sessions, elopements, photo shoots, and other private events.
What is one thing couples always tell you after the wedding?
Couples consistently tell us how peaceful, private, and beautiful the property feels, and how much they appreciated having everything in one location for a relaxed, stress free celebration.
Can couples or vendors ever drop off decor items the day before or pick them up the next day?
Yes. With prior approval, décor and event items may be dropped off one to two days before the wedding and picked up after the event, based on our event schedule.
