Grant Station Events is a Central Florida based wedding venue sporting a rustic barn and delightful Southern charm. Established in 1893, this historic barn property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Facilities and Capacity
Grant Station Events offers two different event spaces for you to choose from on your wedding day. Their reclaimed barn holds up to 130 guests and is given endless character by its high, arched ceilings and antique chandeliers. For outdoor weddings, get married in lush greenery for a breezy, tropical style atmosphere. When it comes to getting ready, you’ll be able to use their charming cottage just beyond the barn.

What are the top three venue features?

What makes our venue special are the details. Our barn with its high ceilings and glowing chandeliers, a tropical outdoor ceremony space that feels like a hidden escape, and a private rustic-chic cottage where couples can comfortably get ready and enjoy the day from start to finish.

Does the venue offer catering or bar services? If yes, what is the average cost per guest?

Yes! We offer catering and a bar through our restaurant, Rib City. Our average cater per person starts at $20.

Is there a guest or spending minimum required to book?

Minimum for Catering and the Venue is 30 Guests

What does a typical wedding day look like?

The day of your wedding Grant Station will make sure to be one you remember! You can have access to the venue as early as 9:00am till the end of your event at 11:00pm. There will not be any other events booked at the venue on your big day, only you! Cassie, our Venue Coordinator, will be there with you to help ensure that everything goes smoothly. She will be able to help vendors, your wedding party, or anyone else that might have questions that day.

Is there a backup plan for outdoor ceremonies? If yes, what is it?

Your ceremony would be held inside the Venue. Guests would take their seats at the reception tables.

How much setup time is included, and can they purchase extra?

Our venue may be rented all day to ensure enough setup time.

What makes your venue a favorite with couples?

Privacy of the ceremony area, and a large space to get ready in with your bridal party. Convenience of onsite catering and bar included in Venue Packages pricing.

Are couples required to provide wedding insurance?

Yes we require a COI.

What other types of events does the venue host?

We have hosted Birthdays, retirements, anniversaries, Quinceaneras, and Holiday Parties.

Focus on what truly matters to you as a couple and don’t get caught up in comparison. It is your day!

How many weddings do you host per day/weekend?

We host 1 wedding a day.
