Thank you for considering the Ocoee Lakeshore Center for your upcoming event. We have space for all of life’s special occasions.
Our expanded facility, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, commercial kitchen, dressing suites, and great amenities make us the perfect place to hold your wedding, corporate event, Sweet 16, quinceañera, class reunion, prom, graduation, performances, retirement party, musical event or any other reason you may have to celebrate!
The Lakeshore Center can support multiple events across several rooms, or large events up to 400 people in a single room. It also features a smaller space, the Lakeview Room, which can accommodate up to 112 persons in banquet seating. If you’re considering an outdoor ceremony, our Wedding Garden is a perfect fit for your needs. This shaded arbor has been designed with an intimate garden surrounding it, ideal for a private and picturesque weddings.
If you have any questions or would like to schedule a tour, please contact the reservations office at (407) 877-5803. All bookings for use of the Ocoee Lakeshore Center are taken at the Parks and Recreation Department Offices, located at City Hall, 175 N. Bluford Ave, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Parks and Recreation Department takes bookings up to 18 months in advance.

What is the average price range for venue rental?
The rates for our weekend eight-hour rental blocks range from $2,000 to $3,200 depending on the day of the week and the space within the facility you require for your guest count. The rates for our weekday six-hour rental blocks (Monday – Thursday) range from $1,000 to $1,500. All rentals must also pay a refundable damage deposit of $750, collected thirty days before your event.
What is included in that cost?
The Lakeshore Center provides tables, chairs, and basic audio/visual support. All rentals, regardless of size, have access to the pre-function space, lobby, two dressing suites, and caterer’s kitchen. Additionally, we have three rolling bars available for use by licensed and insured bartenders.
Is there a minimum for booking?
We require payment of 50% of your total rental costs to confirm a reservation.

The Lakeshore Center hosts corporate events, fundraisers, birthday parties, baby showers, quinceañeras, and much more!

No, you are welcome to select any vendor of your choosing so long as they can provide their license and liability insurance for approval by the City of Ocoee.
