Packages include your 5-Star Venue Manager, day-of coordinator, $1M event insurance policy, parking/gate attendant, safety officer, restroom attendant, secured parking, 14 hours of venue access plus 1 hour ceremony rehearsal and 2 hour engagement photo shoot, tables, chairs, linens, two private getting ready suites with access to the Pegasus Patio and a saltwater pool, billiards table, dart board, lawn games, fire pit, garden swing, and more! Pegasus Manor has an open vendor policy and will provide you with a list of suggested superior qualified licensed and insured caterers, bartenders and other service providers in the Central FL area. Management will be happy to consider another choice of your liking should they also be licensed, insured and sign our Vendor Policies Agreement. Bar packages and all liquor products must be served by a licensed, insured and safe-serve trained bartender. The average cost of catering is $45-$55pp+ depending on the type of menu chosen, and a full liquor bar with setups is approximately $16pp plus the cost of the bartender, gratuity and FL state sales tax. Prices may vary per caterer.

Pegasus Manor does not have an F&B minimum as we are an independently owned and operated venue only. All catering and other services are provided by outside vendors.

Pegasus Manor requires all clients to have a One Million Dollar policy of comprehensive venue and alcohol liability insurance in full force and affect during their use of the Property. This policy is included in your venue rental fee.

Depending on your chosen venue and time frame, your Venue Manager will be there to oversee your event planner and ensure that all vendors and layouts match the approved floorplan. The wedding couple will be relaxing and having fun in their own getting ready suites inside the Manor House and the Pegasus Patio while the final details are being expertly taken care of. The ceremony, photos, cocktails, dinner, the wedding dances and then an after party to dance the night away, before the newly wed couple embark on their new life together.

We offer venue rental only and all-inclusive packages. A 50% deposit is required on either, then 25% 90 days out and the final 25% 30 days out. We accept all forms of payment and will offer a 5% discount if paid in full by cash or check.

Yes, we require that you have a wedding planner who will liaison with your venue manager. Our all-inclusive packages include a week-of coordinator as well as a week-of planner that will start working with you a month prior to your wedding. If you choose to rent the venue only, you must hire a licensed and insured wedding planner at an additional cost. Recommendations available upon request.
