What is the average price range for venue rental?

Venue rentals start at $5,250. Various options are available from Venue Only rentals to a complete and customizable All-Inclusive experience. Contact us for more information and a custom quote.

What is included in that cost?

Does the venue provide catering and bar service? If so, what is the average cost per person?

With our catering partners, Pegasus Manor offers a Premiere Buffet Menu with Butler-passed appetizers and a full meal featuring your selections of entrees and accompaniments presented in a chef-served buffet. We also offer a full liquor bar service as well as a wine & beer bar or a non-alcoholic mocktail bar. The average catering cost per person is $55, the average bar service is from $11 – $18.50 per person, and gratuities are included in all prices. Please add 7% FL Sales Tax for a final amount. Pegasus Manor has an open vendor policy and Management will be happy to consider another choice of your liking should they also be licensed and insured.

Is there a minimum for booking?

Pegasus Manor does not have an F&B minimum as we are an independently owned and operated venue only. All catering and other services are provided by outside vendors.

Do you require wedding insurance?

Pegasus Manor requires all clients to have a One Million Dollar policy of comprehensive venue and alcohol liability insurance in full force and affect during their use of the Property. This policy is included in your venue rental fee.

What does a typical wedding day look like?

Depending on your chosen venue and time frame, your Venue Manager will be there to oversee your day-of planner and ensure that all vendors and layouts match the approved floorplan. The wedding couple will be relaxing and having fun in their own getting ready suites inside the Manor House and the Pegasus Patio while the final details are being expertly taken care of. Perfectly orchestrated will be the ceremony, bridal party and family photos, cocktail hour, reception dinner, the wedding dances and then an after party to dance the night away, before the newly wed couple embark on their new life together.

Pegasus Manor is a destination venue and also specializes in corporate retreats, holiday galas, family reunions, social events of all kinds, charitable fundraisers, civic organizations with outdoor activities and commercial filming and photography.

How do I secure my date?

We offer three payment options with a retainer of between $1,000 – $5,000 required to secure your date.

Do you require a planner?

Yes, and included in your All-Inclusive package is a member of the Pegasus Manor wedding planners team. Your planner will work with you the entire time leading up to your big day. And, your planner and her team will manage all of the details of your wedding day creating and managing your timeline from the get-ready suites, to the ceremony, photos, and throughout the night. Your car will be packed with all of your things and they will assist with your exit. Alternatively, if you choose a Venue Only rental, you will be required to hire your own day-of planner who will liaison with your venue manager and is responsible for your timeline, and managing your day and all vendors.

Beth and her team were attentive to every detail and made sure things went off without a hitch! We are so thankful to them and would not change a thing of how the day went. The DJ, Justin, made our night so special and even called us up to guest DJ which was a highlight of the night. The food was amazing and even catered to various allergies of our guests. Words truly cannot express how magical my daughter’s wedding weekend was! We are beyond grateful we found Beth and Pegasus Manor for literally the best weekend of our lives thus far! The day was absolutely perfect! We would not change a thing, and we would do it all over again if we could! Beth has thought of EVERYTHING! As the MOB, my only job was to enjoy the day alongside my daughter and friends and family! Beth has thought of every little detail and pulls everything off flawlessly! The girls she has to help with the day…Cat, Krista, Olivia…were incredibly helpful, and available for the slightest need or question. The florist did a beautiful job with the table decorations. Chef Anthony not only created a delicious meal, but he was also extremely kind and helpful in catering to dietary needs/allergies. Justin, the DJ, was hilarious and added his own special touches to the evening…from letting my daughter DJ (one of the highlights for sure) to playing the song my husband and I danced to at our wedding! We chose the all inclusive package for the wedding, and we do not regret it one bit! It took ALL of the stress away from the process allowing us to just have treasured memories! Beth, you and Steve organized and planned a wonderful event. I could tell how hard you all were working from the moment we arrived at 9:00 AM until it was over at 10:00 PM. I know the work started months before the wedding day and ended after we left that night. I really appreciate everything you did to make this a memorable day for us all.

Thank you for arranging all the vendors and taking care of everything. You made it very easy for us, especially since we are from out of town. We had so many friends and family tell us they loved the venue and thought it was intimate. Thank you for answering all my questions for a hair appointment, car service, restaurant recommendations in Mt. Dora, etc.

I really appreciate the times when we all just sat down together with you and Steve over Prosecco. Steve\’s comments to Sean and Ariana at rehearsal were very special to me and were just so heartfelt. The event turned out better than expected. It was such a blessing to just show up, get ready, have fun and then leave knowing you had all the set up and clean up under control. I understand from all my friends that this is not normally the case for weddings!
Lester – thank you so much for arranging this hair dresser for me. It was a dream for me to just sit down for a little bit and let him do his magic. He was just terrific and so easy to talk to.
Cake – Publix did a wonderful job on the cake. I loved the way the icing was done with the greenery. I was expecting the traditional icing but loved the swirled look. It tasted delicious.
Flowers – The fresh flowers exceeded my expectations! I\’m a visual person so at the meeting I was asking for pictures so that I could get an idea what it would look like. WOW! They turned out terrific. I was expecting 9 white roses with greenery. I loved the additional color in the bouquets and how that carried to the boutonnieres. I also noticed the fresh flowers on the tables under the pergola. That was a nice touch and much appreciated.
DJ – The DJ was professional and fun.
Photographer – Fabulous photos and easy and professional to work with.
Staff – your staff was very efficient. Kat was particularly helpful and fun. She told us her Covid wedding story and why she loves helping others make their wedding day joyous. I loved how they handed out the glow sticks when the dance floor opened. I thought it was fun that Kat and Jessica were teaching a line dance. Your entire team was making things go so smoothly.
Caterer – the food was delicious and the servers were great. The lead caterer was so sweet as I saw her hugging Ariana at the end of the night!
