No, couples have the freedom to book any vendor for catering and bar services. Bar services must be licensed and insured.

Is there a backup plan for outdoor ceremonies? If yes, what is it?

We will check the weather 2 hours before ceremony start time. If there is a chance of rain we will move the ceremony to our Heirloom Chapel

How much setup time is included, and can they purchase extra?

Set up and break down is done within your time block.

What makes your venue a favorite with couples?

All bookings have access to the entire venue, there are no additional costs to use certain rooms. Couples also have the freedom to book their own vendors.

Are couples required to provide wedding insurance?

Yes, through GatherGaurd.

What other types of events does the venue host?

Any celebrations! We have special rates for all of our rooms. We can host your birthday party, business meetings, celebration of life, etc.

Best piece of advice for couples planning a wedding.

Hire a wedding coordinator or planner. They help you stay on track and ensure your day runs smoothly with no stress!

Can couples or vendors ever drop off decor items the day before or pick them up the next day?

All decor items can only be dropped off during your booked time block and must be removed at the end of your booked time block. We do not hold or transport decor.
