The Ranch offers a true “Old Florida” setting with multiple outdoor ceremony locations, a covered Pole Barn for cocktail hour and dancing, a handcrafted pavilion bar and a climate-controlled reception barn—all on one property. It allows for a seamless guest experience without needing to travel between spaces.
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The Ranch comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests using its included farm tables and chairs.
What is included with the rental?
Rental includes use of the ceremony spaces, cocktail hour areas, and reception barn, along with farm tables, reception chairs, select décor items, bridal suite access, and prep space with catering support amenities.
Can we choose where our ceremony is held?
Yes! The Ranch offers multiple ceremony locations including the Paver Area with arbor and market lighting, and the Rustic Shack beneath the oak trees. We also have a Plan B location under the Pole Barn.
Can we use multiple spaces throughout the day?
Absolutely. Our couples use one space for the ceremony, another for cocktail hour, and the main barn for the reception. You have access to create the guest experience by having access to all our spaces.
Do we have to use preferred vendors?
No. The Ranch allows you to bring in your own vendors, giving you flexibility to create your ideal team.
Does the venue provide coordination?
The Ranch includes prewedding planning with a certified wedding planner, rehearsal coordination, day of vendor management and ceremony coordination to assist with getting you down the aisle and transitioning into cocktail hour. Full-day coordination is available as an upgrade.
Are couples required to provide wedding insurance?
Yes. We require all renters purchase day of event insurance and provide the city with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the City of St. Cloud as additionally insured.
What other types of events does the venue host?
The Ranch is a great venue to host all types of events, including quinceañeras, anniversary celebrations, corporate events and more,
Can we bring in our own caterer?
Yes, the venue allows outside catering and does not restrict you to a preferred vendor list for catering. The lower barn includes a prep area with a walk in cooler, ice machine, and a food warmer.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Alcohol service must be handled by a professional insured bartender.
Is there a bridal suite?
Yes. The bridal suite includes seating, a makeup area with adjustable lighting, and a private restroom with a shower.
Is parking available onsite?
Yes. Ample onsite parking is available, and staff will assist with guest arrival and parking flow.
How far in advance should we book and how do we book a tour?
Popular dates—especially spring and fall—book quickly. The Ranch accepts reservations up to 18 months in advance, and many dates are secured early within that window, so we recommend booking as soon as your date is within range. Private tours can be scheduled by appointment by calling 407-346-0244 and the venue also hosts open house events every third Wednesday of each month from 5-7 pm.
