The Whitewood Ranch is a charming 80 acre tree farm that features a timeless glass-house wedding venue.

We are Derek and Jacy Epperly. We bought 75 acres of BEAUTIFUL Florida country in the Fall of 2020 as newly weds ourselves. We fell in love with this land and our dream was to create the ideal venue for couples to have an unforgettable experience. We are so excited to be a part of our special couples journey’s as they begin their lives together.
