Average Price is $3000 for the larger spaces. Average Price for our smaller chapel is $500. We offer discounts for military & first responders. You also save by booking multiple spaces for your day!

Included in the cost of our Sanctuary is access to the Bridal Suite/Grooms Room, Use of the Sanctuary Lobby and Ceremony Space. Included in the Reception Hall cost is use of the Catering Kitchen, Stage, and Tables, Chairs and White Linens.

We have a list of preferred vendors & couples are welcome to use whomever they like for catering & bar services. We require any vendor that comes on property be licensed and insured.

There is no minimum. We do have a Security Deposit requirement that is returned with 14 days after the event.

Yes. We use Indeem is a preferred vendor and have special rates through them, however couples can purchase insurance through any company.

Couples choose this location because they fall in love with the space and want to give back to the community. Your money goes directly back to our 501 (c)3 Matthew's Hope- a faith based mission that helps the homeless with basic needs and assists them in getting out of homelessness.
