Two day access to the barn for decorating, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, tables, chairs and tablecloths for up to 200 guests. We offer the use of any of the 100's of decorative items we have on hand, for centerpieces and ceremony site, at no extra charge.

We provide a buffet service for $350.00. This is for brides and grooms that wish to serve family made food or food obtained from a restuarant. We have all the equipment on hand to set up a buffet. We monitor and refill as necessary, break down, clean up and store your food for you to take home. We set up your non-alcoholic drinks (we provide drink canisters) and keep them full. And we also oversee your beer and coolers in our ice barrels. A certified bartender is required if serving liquor.

The bride and her bridesmaids relax in our beautiful brides room, getting their hair and makeup done. A photographer normally arrives mid day to capture some of the "getting ready" moments. The bridal party may sip on champagne and have a few snacks. The groom and groomsmen arrive mid afternoon and the photographers begin to take pictures outside. The majority of ceremonies are held around 4 p.m. After the ceremony guests relax with a drink and hors d'oeuvres while the bridal party takes pictures. Once the bridal party is introduced dinner is served. Then the party begins!
