Behind the venue, surrounded by stunning cliffside limestone rocks, is a romantic winding walkway to the isolated ceremony island. With the best of both outdoor and indoor spaces, White Rock Canyon can host your event rain or shine.
The Island, created for outdoor ceremonies, photography opportunities, and outdoor cocktail parties. White Rock Canyon is adaptable, offering our clients to leave it as is, or to be completely designed by our clients to fit any desired experience.
White Rock Canyon has the ability to host parties of up to 300+ guests for a seated dinner and up to 450+ guests for standing cocktail parties; its layout also has the unique ability to allow an intimate ambiance for smaller parties of under 100 guests.
White Rock Canyon is centrally located with easy access to i75.
Centrally located in Bushnell, FL, you are transported to a slice of Florida’s heaven at our spring fed rock quarry. White Rock Canyon offers a destination-like feel, especially on our island surrounded by our private lake.
We also have two indoor AC controlled spaces with industrial accents. The several large glass garage doors, textured walls, metal beams, tall ceilings, and natural light provide just the right atmosphere for any current event.
The story begins a few years back when Hunter was invited to a family event by a coworker, this is where Hunter and I first met. We started as friends, but we both knew there was much more to the story than just friendship.
As our relationship continued to blossom, we also grew our family. In 2017, we brought home our first baby girl, Storm. She is the spunky, four legged fluff, friendly gray puppy, that you will most likely meet when you come to White Rock Canyon. (You might of already caught a glimpse of her on our social media pages, girlfriend loves to get in front of the camera.)
Skip ahead a few years… Hunter and I were engaged and in the early stages of planning the wedding of our dreams. On the hunt for the perfect venue space, we decided to hold the wedding at the property where I had always dreamed of as a little girl. Once the wheel started to turn, we decided to take it one step further, we were going to build a venue. Not just any venue, White Rock Canyon.
Hunter and I said, “I do” on January 18, 2020. Since then, we have welcomed our sweet baby girl, Sunny Knox.
Our roots are abundant within the event world. Hunter started as a valet for a wedding venue while studying photography at The University of South Florida. From there him and I became a wedding photography and videography team while I managed events and venues prior, to WRC, and Hunter worked at a separate event company in the graphic department. After being involved in many different avenues throughout the event world, we had fallen in love and knew our future would be implemented in special events.
Every element at White Rock Canyon has a piece of our heart poured into it. We wanted to create the perfect place for us, but most importantly the perfect place for our future couples too.
We are beyond lucky to have been blessed with such great opportunities in our lives, and we strive to do our best at everything we do. We know that Love is more than just “I do”. Love is a devotion and determination. Love is work and sacrifice. Love is two people sharing one soul. Getting the chance to help our couples create one of the best days of their lives, or celebrate any milestone, that they will forever to be able to cherish and look back on is one of our greatest pleasures.

What is the average price range for venue rental?

What is included in that cost?
All Inclusive – Planner, Photographer, Caterer, Florist, Bartender, DJ, Tables, Chairs, Linens, Valet, Over night stay Fri and Saturday, and Getting Ready rooms. Venue Only – Tables, Chairs, overnight stay and getting ready rooms.
Does the venue provide catering and bar service? If so, what is the average cost per person?
We do include catering and a bartender in our All inclusive package. $60 per person.
Do you require wedding insurance?
All vendors must be licensed and insured. We do not require the bride and groom to secure their own wedding insurance but we do advise that they should.

To stay in Florida without feeling like they’re in Florida. We have such a unique location that gives you absolute privacy, a connection to nature but also still in the AC. We give couples an opportunity to truly enjoy their wedding weekend, not just 12 hours of a single day. No one needs to rush a moment that already goes by too quickly. It truly checks off all the boxes.

What does a typical wedding day look like?
The bride wakes up in our bridal suite with her girls and hair and make up arrive for the getting ready process. The groom arrives at his getting ready room upstairs to relax, play ping pong, listen to music and get dressed. Getting ready photos can be taken anywhere on property, there are endless options. Guests arrive to the front of the venue where they are met by our Valet team to park their car and guide them to the ceremony walk way. Guests take a scenic stroll down to the ceremony island. Once the ceremony is over they are guided to the venue’s garage space where the garage doors are open, the cocktails are flowing and everyone is enjoying appetizers by the water. Once the reception doors are opened, guests find their seats and the rest of the evening is filled with food, laughter and dancing.
