The Center @ Deltona

What makes your venue unique?
An elegant setting in peaceful meadows…an area named Howland Crossings. At the end of our beautiful meadows is The Center, a high-tech, magnificent structure, energy efficient palace of glass, marble, granite. Our event venue features keen lines, high ceilings, a stunning architectural design lending to natural lighting, soft natural tones, wonderful acoustics, multicolored lighting, mood settings, audio, spacious ballrooms, all with views and great halls, and easy access from I-4!
We are not only a premier event, wedding and conference center, we plan fun and exciting entertainment for our Deltona Community. We are involved in giving back to families, as in Back to School Day, Healthcare Day, and we work closely with our local partners in law enforcement, fire rescue, hospitals and economic development for our area. We are planning more community events for 2019, which will engage our local school choirs, our church community, our seniors and our youth!
Enchanted Nights

What makes your venue unique?
Our venue is one of the largest in the Orlando area with the added flexibility of allowing our customers the use of their own caterers and decorators for their special events. Our wall lighting can change color according to preference or to match the decor. We also have a large, movable entertainment stage as well as a movable bar available if needed. In addition, we have ample parking space for all types of events. We offer a large hall, extended hours, and flexibility in terms of services to our customers.
Haus 820
How long has your venue been open?
Since Spring of 2017.
What makes your venue unique?
Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse and the newest premier venue in Central Florida. It’s wall-to-wall white brick with gigantic windows and black industrial finishes, a perfect balance of vintage and modern.
As part of a redevelopment project in downtown Lakeland, Florida, Haus 820 is uniquely situated right off of I-4 and is easily accessible to Tampa and Orlando guests. The restoration of the building brings the largest non-traditional event venue to Lakeland, Florida. Original white brick, 22-foot ceilings, amber stained and sealed cement floors, oversized warehouse windows, and an expansive footprint will hold up to 500 seated guests.
The aspect of Haus 820 that stands out the most to our clients is our customer service throughout the entire planning process and the fact that we are non-exclusive and allow all of our clients to bring in any vendors they want or need to make their dreams come to life. It is our pleasure to be there with each client through every step of their event, from the moment they book until the very last guest from their event leaves.

Magnolia House is the centerpiece of the Trilogy Community and is a luxurious extension of our members’ homes. This 57,000-square-foot private resort club features all the latest in social connection, from enhanced lighting features in the event center to a grand event lawn for your ceremony or reception under the stars. Every space within Magnolia House has something special that speaks to each couple in a different way. We start with a base package and customize each detail to make each celebration as individual as our couple.
Magnolia House remains a hidden gem that provides a unique and customizable option for everyone to enjoy. Our members open up this extension of their home so all our couples can have a celebration day that is true to each couple and reminiscent of the days when our members took their own vows.
The Palace

The Palace is a unique 14,000-sq.-ft., multi-level venue with a contemporary design and includes a full private suite with private entrance. We have the ability to host any size event, The Palace is the largest independently owned event venue in Orlando. We love to give back by having food and toy drives each year and we proudly support the LGBT community and our local first responders.
Seaquel Place Banquet Hall

Seaquel Place is a beautiful venue that many have referred to as the hidden gem of Orlando. At our venue, clients have the opportunity to select their own vendors, but we do provide a vendors list suggesting some reputable companies.
Our space is easily transformable and can accommodate many different event types. Whether you would like to host a birthday party, wedding reception, corporate event, or private social gathering, Seaquel Place is a venue that you and your guests will love.
Our venue has amazing reviews online and I believe this is what truly matters. Our customer service satisfaction is top-notch and their needs are always met by our associates. We have extremely affordable rates and offer a total of nine hours for set-up and event time.
Venue on the Lake

The Venue On The Lake (Maitland Civic Center) is a non-profit organization that provides services to residents of Maitland and the surrounding areas via our facilities. Venue on the Lake is a unique community asset owned by the Maitland Civic Center, Inc., a non-profit corporation founded and controlled by Maitland’s resident members.
We have a beautiful banquet facility right on Lake Lily that is utilized for weddings, conferences, business meetings, trade shows, and more! We provide a full complement of services including catering, beverage services, and event planning for just about any occasion.
Wayne G Sanborn Event Center

Four years.
What makes your venue unique?
The Sanborn Center is a beautiful facility with multiple rooms that can be combined to accommodate larger events or pared down and divided for a more intimate affair. Each room and/or combination of rooms open to lovely courtyards for those occasions that wish to have an outdoor reception prior to their big event. The courtyards, atrium, and meeting rooms are all great choices for a wedding ceremony.
We are a very diverse event center with plenty of space to get creative and accommodate any event. We love working with brides to make their day exactly as they’ve dreamed! Tables, chairs, parking, and audiovisual are all included in the rental at no additional charge. We are adjacent to a picturesque park that has wonderful scenes for that perfect photo or an “I do” outside. There are also fountain views from ponds outside the grand ballroom’s doors that light up at night.

Woman’s Club of Sanford

What makes your venue unique?
The Woman’s Club of Sanford is a historic building in Sanford, Florida built around 1877. It has historic charm, a performance stage, and balcony. When you enter the building, it takes you back in time and you wonder what types of wonderful events may have occurred here. We are very easy to work with and affordable for all the amenities such as stage and kitchen/staging area. We are owned by an active social club that gives back to the community and raises funds for women’s education scholarships and more.
