What makes you or your business stand out and why should a couple hire you?

As wedding photographers, we want to tell the story of your wedding day from start to finish. We prefer to keep it genuine, and real, with a little bit of gentle direction here and there to craft your memories in a true-to-life yet artistic way. The best way for us to stay true to the vision of your wedding day is to get to know you as well as we can, which is one of our absolute favorite parts of the job. Your hobbies, your goals, how you met, how you came to be engaged, and all the things that bring you together. To show who you are in a way that you'll want to pass down for generations is our goal, and we are so excited to get to know you so we can do just that!

What's a fun or unusual fact about you or your company?

We're a laid-back, fun-loving couple with a daughter and two crazy canines. Ashley is the visionary, Jacob is the tech master, and Evelyn, our sweet lil lady is our ever-faithful cheerleader and inspiration. We enjoy Disney, Harry Potter, all things spooky, and Legos! Ashley loves gardening and collecting plants, and you can often find her with a book in her hands. Jacob loves trying new whiskeys and is fascinated by science as a whole, but most notably by “the deep and lovely dark” and physics. Evelyn loves all things dealing with art and crafts and her new obsession is seeing how many hula hoops she can use at one time.

Share a piece of advice to reduce stress in the wedding planning process.

We always encourage our couples to try and enjoy the process we know it can be a lot of work but it's also a ton of fun. Focus on the things that are important to you both.

What's your favorite wedding tradition and why?

We have so many favorite parts of the wedding day but I think if I had to choose just one I would say the first dance! Couples are past the parts of the day that may make them nervous or a little more stressed and they are so excited to celebrate with their family and friends, and you can just see the excitement!

How would you define your "style"?

Our editing style is pretty natural, true, and bright, we don't want to take away from the general look of your day. We tend to stay away from any editing trends so that your images last not just for your generation but for generations to come. Our shooting style is a bit more on the photojournalistic side for the majority of the day. When it comes to your portraits we tend to call ourselves directors we like to put you poses but allow you to make it your own so that it feels a bit more on the authentic side. We are always happy to give a little more encouragement when needed.

What is included in your most popular packages?

Our most popular package includes 2 photographers for 8 hours of wedding day coverage.

What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?

We always suggest trying to hop on a Zoom call or meet in person, outside of a wedding planner we spend the most time with you that day make sure it's someone you enjoy spending time with, and don't hesitate to ask to see a full wedding gallery. It's great to see how a photographer, photographs all parts of the wedding day.
