Era Evolve Media is a wedding film and photo company based in Lakeland, FL. We offer stunning, emotional films and still images for couples throughout Central Florida. Our style is a mix of classic and documentary with an editorial flare. We focus on preserving those true moments: real interactions, real feelings.
Couples can count on the Era Evolve Media team to utilize its unique experience and artistic vision to document your wedding’s most beautiful moments, crafting a wedding film that authentically tells your story.
You’ll begin the process with a consultation to discuss your wedding expectations and budget. We have multiple packages that are fully customizable. Full ceremony recordings are included with every wedding film package. Additionally, we have engagement sessions, second shooters, and 4K drone footage available as add-ons!
You’ll receive the final videos in a private online gallery no more than 4-6 weeks after the big day, allowing you to relive each beautiful moment again and again.
While based in Lakeland, Era Evolve Media offers videography, photography, and destination wedding services for couples also in the Tampa and Orlando areas. We film wherever your love takes us!
Services Offered
We offer full-length cinematic wedding films, wedding highlight reels, aerial services, as well as photography packages. As a part of our planning leading up to the wedding day, we do like to work collaboratively with the couple and/or wedding planner to create a shot list and timeline. And as a thank you on behalf of us we love to gift our couples with a beautiful memoir of their wedding!
A Little About Our Pricing
Couples on average spend around $2100-$3300 with us for a full day of filming. Our pricing starts at $950 for elopement’s which we provide a value of 3 hours of filming to fully capture the day. Please ask about our photo and video bundles!

We film wherever your love takes us! We are happy to provide services anywhere in Central Fl and beyond. A travel fee does apply to regions over 40 miles from our headquarters. And for a limited time, we are open to capturing destination weddings in exchange for travel and lodging! Just ask us and we’d be happy to discuss it with you.

How would you define your "style"?
Our style is a mix of classic and documentary with a cinematic flare. We focus on capturing the moments as they happen, real and raw emotions.
What does the process of working with your company look like?
We always start with an email or phone call before booking to ensure that we explain our packages and policies as well as get an idea of what your wedding will be like, where you are in the planning process, etc. Then after booking, we send out confirmations and calendar invites and then we schedule out a planning call where we create a shot list and timeline for our team. We also schedule check in call a few weeks before the wedding to see if there are any changes or adjustments to ensure we are all on the same page. On the wedding day, we always arrive at least an hour early for set-up and introductions. During the day we do check-ins here and there since sometimes the wedding can go fast and be a lot to handle. We try to be a fly on the wall and bring ease to your day. Afterwards we always communicate the progress of your deliverables up until delivery day and always text or call just to ensure that everything was received and to your liking!
What is included in your most popular packages?
Our most popular package is the Vintage Era 8 hour photo + film package. 1 dedicated photographer and videographer provides full coverage as well as sneak peeks, a highlight reel AND a complimentary engagement session.
What current trends have you seen at weddings?
Customized mirrors! They are such a nice addition to ceremony or reception and they make for awesome detail shots to add to your film!
