Hello, I am Kelly with Orlando Ceremonies by Kelly (it’s just me). I am a wedding officiant in the Central Florida area.
Officiants are best known as the individuals that lead your wedding ceremony, but we aren’t all the same, and that isn’t all we do.
At Orlando Ceremonies by Kelly, I provide non – religious ceremonies that celebrate love. My goal is to make sure your wedding day gets off to the right start, with a heartfelt and authentic ceremony that reflects your love and your vision. I honor the diversity of love in all its forms, embracing every couple’s unique journey.
Couples that book with me can choose a ceremony that is “Ready to Go” or they can select their favorite “bits and pieces” from my “Mix and Match” collection. I also provide a fully customized ceremony that is created “Just for You.”
My services include continuous and timely communication to assist you and support you through the sometimes-stressful preparations of a wedding.
And don’t forget the marriage license (seriously don’t forget it, I cannot perform a marriage ceremony without it). After your ceremony, I will sign and notarize your marriage license and return it to the county clerk’s office, so it’s official.

Services Offered

Officiant services, including providing/creating the wedding ceremony, the delivery of the wedding ceremony, assistance in securing the marriage license and the signing, notarizing and return of the marriage license to the clerks' office. An initial consultation and unlimited phone calls or emails are included.

Service Area

The majority of the wedding ceremonies I perform are in the Central Florida region, within 50 miles of Winter Garden. I do, however, officiate weddings throughout the State of Florida, depending on availability and travel arrangements.

Pricing

Not every couple wants the same thing in a wedding or vow renewal ceremony. Creating your ceremony and finding the right fit for your personality and budget is important to me. My ceremonies currently range from $300 - $650. $300 Elopement Ceremony or Vow Renewal Ceremony for 2 $350 Ready to Go Ceremony $500 Mix and Match Ceremony $650 Custom Ceremony $100 Rehearsal Attendance

Where do I even start?? Our wedding was 9/13/24 Kelly was the most perfect recommendation I had for our wedding!!!! From our first email we had with her, we knew we wanted her to be apart of our wedding day! Kelly is such a calm, collected human, and made sure to remind us to breath, take in the day and focus on each other. We chose the complete custom package and Kelly included us with every detail, decision, and even worked with us on combining aspects to flow better. Kelly really took our story, brought it to life and captured us and our journey to the tee. Her response times were faster than our planner. She left our guest feeling emotional and willing to be open! During the reception all we heard was how amazing the ceremony was and how beautiful it was. Knowing my wife, we will be using Kelly for all of our how renewals, and I can’t wait to have her watch us grow! Kelly treated us like family and kept an open, nonjudgmental space for us. Kelly deserves every ounce of happiness and then some. Thank you for all you did and showing us that love was meant to be celebrated.

Kelly was everything we asked for and more. She was kind, accommodating, informative and all round amazing. We had our wedding at Seabreeze Point at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort and it was incredible and Kelly made it that extra special. Where do I even begin. Kelly was an amazing officiant and truly an all around amazing person. When we contacted her back in April 2023 we were meant to get married at Leu Gardens in Orlando. A few months later we learned my partner lost his job and we had to cancel our wedding. Kelly contacted me after we canceled offering to do our ceremony for free at a nearby park because she was thinking about us. I was shocked someone would be so selfless to offer that and I will always remember her kindness forever. We were able to get back on our feet and moved from Orlando to Lakeland. She agreed to come out here still and marry us. It was just such a special day, and I’m so glad she stuck through everything with us and helped make getting married such a breeze. Kelly was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is such a sweet person and is so quick to respond to emails. We really just wanted someone who would deliver a short and sweet ceremony speech because I was very anxious to have so much attention on me, and that’s exactly what she did. The package is actually even called the “short and sweet” ceremony! She really did a great job creating a concise speech that only took a few minutes, but still didn’t feel rushed at all and felt super meaningful. A bunch of guests went out of their way to let me and my husband know how much they loved the ceremony and the little vows she wrote for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone getting married!

I can\'t recommend Kelly enough! I had hired another officiant, but that fell through. I had reached out to another as a possible officiant, but she was was already booked on the date of our wedding. She forwarded my information to Kelly and I couldn\'t be more thankful for that. She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond my expectations about writing a personalized ceremony. I asked for a flower planting unity ceremony and she personalized the ceremony with unique comparisons to our marriage and love being like a plant. She gave me a copy of the ceremony so I can read it whenever I want. Please don\'t hesitate to hire this gem of a officiant you will not regret it!

If you are still in need of an officiant for your big day I HIGHLY recommend Kelly at Orlando Ceremonies by Kelly! She was incredible! Throughout the whole process she guided us with creating the perfect ceremony and was a huge help when it came time to do the marriage license. She was there on rehearsal night (which was a godsend in itself because I couldn’t imagine how it would’ve went without her there) and she was there to calm some nerves before the big moment. Although Kelly was just a stranger that we met via Zoom a few months before the wedding, when it came the big day it felt as if we had a close, personal friend officiating for us. It took no time for us to connect and bond and I couldn’t believer how comfortable she made the two of us- especially since we are both introverts. Kelly is sweet, caring, and you can tell she loves what she does! She encompassed all the qualities of our relationship (even our pets) into the ceremony and even created a wonderful tribute to my 2 aunts who walked me down the aisle. We had a slightly untraditional situation and she did a great job with it! I can’t recommend her enough!

Kelly was AMAZING! After speaking with a handful of officiants during the wedding planning process, we knew as soon as we ended the conversation that we wanted her to officiate our wedding. She gave us various ceremony wording options and let us mix and match to fit our personality. She even let us edit portions to make it our own. Unfortunately, three days before the wedding we had to reschedule due to a hurricane. She was super flexible and booked us right away for our new date. She was very responsive and worked with me as I made changes to the ceremony. She surprised us in our ceremony by having our guest acknowledge what we had went through with rescheduling our big day. She was a ray of sunshine and a calming voice on a hectic day. We truly enjoyed every minute of our ceremony and we can\'t recommend her enough. Thank you, Kelly for making our day special.

Kelly was amazing!!! I can’t say enough good things about her. Her response time was always so quick! She was extremely helpful with picking our ceremony and even helped surprise our guests while announcing we had gotten married in private a year before and our guests were actually celebrating our year anniversary instead of being our marriage ceremony. Everyone raved about how well she spoke, how good her speech was and her great personality. She helped calm me before the ceremony when the nerves started to approach. She was also affordable! What makes you or your business stand out and why should a couple hire you?

I work with you to provide and/or create a ceremony that speaks to you as a couple. Your wedding ceremony should fill you with joy and happiness, setting the tone for an incredible day of celebration; A warm and wonderful start to your married life together and a lasting memory that you will revisit time and time again.

What's a fun or unusual fact about you or your company?

I got my start in education, working as both an elementary classroom teacher and high school guidance counselor. The skills that I utilized with students and families serve me well when working with couples to create and deliver their wedding ceremony.

How did you get started as a wedding pro?

After retiring from education in Pennsylvania, I moved to Florida to be closer to my children and grandchildren. After attending my daughter's wedding and meeting Renee Silverman of "A Lovely Ceremony" a post retirement career was set in motion. Thanks to some incredible guidance from Renee and several other serendipitous events Orlando Ceremonies by Kelly became a reality and I couldn't be happier. I love what I do!

Share a piece of advice to reduce stress in the wedding planning process.

There is no such thing as a perfect wedding. Weddings come in all different shapes, sizes and forms. The best wedding is one where the couple feels that their day is truly about them and their love. So, stay true to yourselves and to your love.

What's your favorite wedding tradition and why?

I feel like every wedding ceremony I perform includes a new favorite. There is nothing more moving than watching a couple participate in a heartfelt tradition that is important to them. The first look, the wearing or inclusion of something significant to the family, a special reading or breaking of the glass. I admit that I am a sucker for a first look that happens during the ceremony. I can't say that I don't get teary eyed when a couple sees each other for their first time on their wedding day. It can be very emotional. The first look is truly a beautiful expression of the love a couple has for one another.

Tell us more about the couples you usually get the pleasure of working with.

I have met so many incredible couples during my time as a wedding officiant. Many of my couples continue to stay in touch and some there are some that I get together with regularly, during their yearly treks to Disneyworld. Often my couples are coming to Florida for a destination wedding, but there are many Florida residents as well. I am so grateful for each and every one of them and I am honored that I could be a part of their special day.

What are some of the best compliments you've received from your clients?

I love receiving positive feedback from my couples. When they tell me their ceremony was everything, they had hoped for, then I know I am doing it right. The ultimate compliment is when they refer me to other clients. Many of the couples I marry are sent my way by former couples.
