Today, nestled behind this early 1900’s storefront, (we left the outside just the way we found it), you’ll find Orlando’s most unique event space imaginable. Some are calling it “The Hidden Hangar” and others, “The Speakeasy”. We just call it 1010 West.
Speakeasies may no longer be illegal, but their hard-to-find entrances give a sense of exhilaration when walking down a dimly lit alleyway and passing through nondescript gates into a subterranean world of tinkling glasses and spirited history of this hidden WWII airplane hangar.

What is included in the venue rental fee?
Included in the venue rental is the main room with air conditioning, 8 hours of venue rental (4 hours setup/breakdown, 4 hours event time) (additional hours available for rent), use of (22) 60″ round banquet tables, use of (12) 32″ round cocktail tables, use of (7) 6′ rectangle tables, use of (150) mahogany chairs, valet parking for up to 125 guests (additional parking available for rent), edison market lighting throughout, built in bar location, and your venue staff (venue manager, setup/breakdown team, security/doorperson, and day of coordinator).
What is included in the day-of coordinator service?
Our number one priority is to help make your wedding day dreams come to life! We strive to make the planning process as seamless and stress free as possible, and we guarantee to be by your side every step of the way. This service includes one initial welcome meeting, unlimited phone and email communication, access to our recommended vendors list, up to four 1-hour planning sessions (in-person or virtual), a 1-month out final meeting and venue walkthrough, detailed reception timeline (ceremony timeline provided for additional fee), detailed reception floorpan (ceremony floorpan provided for additional fee), responsibility of all personal items, set-up of reception decor (ceremony decor included for additional fee), and act as liaison between wedding party, family members, and vendors.
How do I book my event at 1010 West?
Great question! If you have fallen in love with the space and want to move forward with booking, we require half of the venue rental fee as your deposit. Once paid, you will have up until one month out from your event to pay the remaining half, along with any other in-house rentals or vendor services you decide to book!
How do I schedule a tour?
You can visit our website at www.1010west.com and fill out an inquiry form under the “REQUEST A TOUR” tab. Once received, we will reach out to you to confirm a date and get a tour scheduled!

Our couples choose 1010 West for its unique style and vintage feel that can’t be found in a lot of other venues. With our large and open floorpan, clients love that they can make the space their own. Additionally, our moody lighting and wooden accents bring so much character to the space, you’ll truly feel like you’ve entered another world when coming into 1010 West.
Do you have required vendors?
While we do highly recommended our preferred vendors including our DJ, photographer, florist, baker, and caterer, we do not require them. We allow any outside vendors as long as they are licensed and insured, and outside caterers are acceptable as long as they are full-service.
What other types of events does the venue host?
We host a variety of events including corporate dinners, birthday parties, micro-weddings, anniversaries, sorority events, and business conferences.
