Pioneer Village at Shingle Creek
Osceola History offers a charming, rustic, and historic wedding venue. Pioneer Village at Shingle Creek is located on 10 acres including a nature preserve, century-old trees draped in Spanish moss, and historic buildings. This vintage, country, and shabby-chic setting lends itself well to traditional Southern weddings.
Couples can host their wedding and reception at Pioneer Village with options ranging from a small intimate ceremony to a large outdoor event. The natural and historic setting also makes the perfect backdrop for engagement and wedding photos.
The Pioneer Village chapel is a replica of the historic St. Peter’s Episcopal Church built in the 1890s. Other sites on the property include a grove of oak trees, barn, train depot, 1800s houses, and a screened pavilion.
Our Experience and Engagement Manager is available to assist couples as they plan their special day and will be on site throughout the event. Osceola History does not have any restrictions on vendors or outside items.
Pioneer Village is located near Lake Tohopekaliga and minutes away from Orlando-area attractions. The Orlando International Airport is a 30-minute drive away and lodging is available nearby to accommodate guests.
Osceola History is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Osceola County. We invite you to let us make your story history.
