About Tavares Pavilion on the Lake
Are you envisioning a fairy tale wedding set against a lakeside backdrop? Look no further than the Tavares Pavilion on the Lake. Serenely floating over beautiful Lake Dora, this tropical-inspired waterfront oasis is furnished with natural fibers, lovingly restored antiques, and original artwork.
Tavares Pavilion consists of an 8,000-square-foot two-story event center. On both floors lie indoor ballrooms that offer floor-to-ceiling windows for a covered ceremony or reception for up to 190 guests. The Ballrooms offer elegant espresso Chiavari chairs, aircraft aluminum tables, and handcrafted artistry.
Our carved, two-tier, winding wood staircase with a back glass wall overlooking the lake is a beautiful space to say your “I Do’s”. In addition, the venue has a 150-foot brick-paved pier that can be used for a stunning outdoor ceremony or a reception under the stars.
Your wedding day should be nothing short of magical, and Tavares Pavilion on the Lake promises just that.

Our partners are highly qualified professionals that provide various menus and services to accommodate diverse tastes, budgets, and occasions. Rest assured, your food and beverage experience will be memorable. What does the pavilion services team do?
The Tavares Pavilion on the Lake Services team will gather details on your event to make sure the facility is ready for your vendors on the day of your event. Our services team does not function as a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. On the day of your event, there will be a pavilion services associate present on-site from in to load out, as well as to monitor the venue.

We just had my daughter’s wedding at Tavares Pavilion. From the initial tour to the booking, to every detail, the staff was wonderful. They answered all our questions promptly and took care of every detail at the venue. They were right there to help with anything we needed on the day of the wedding. Amy and the rest of the staff were OUTSTANDING! I was completely out of my element planning the wedding for my son and his beautiful bride but this venue was so perfect and the staff walked me through it. December is the perfect time as the venue is decorated \”to the nines\”! Everything fit into our budget and it was a huge success. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding.
