Today the 12,000 sq foot venue is seated right in the heart of New Smyrna beach, a beloved coastal town known for its accomodations and exemplary restaurants. The Grand 721 is known for bringing incredible weddings to life and making families feel like guests at their own wedding.

Well Trained Staff – our staff is full time and works only on site at our venue. They are dedicated exclusively to our couples and making sure their whole experiece is wonderful from your very first email to your very last dance.
On your wedding day, the most important thing is you! Our team has the experience and passion to bring every wedding vision to life.
Wedding signs are an important piece of your guest experience. Point your guests in the right direction with welcome signs, cocktail hour signs, ceremony direction signs and more. All of our signs are custom designed to match the aesthetic of our property. Various backdrops and stands are available to use for ceremony and reception. These are great for decor, for ceremony, for behind sweetheart tables and for photo opportunities. Fresh and faux floral not included.
Simple inclusive pricing provides you with full on-site decor including centerpieces, arches, tables, chairs, wedding signs, games and more, available for you to use making our venue the most affordable and easy to use!
We offer 2 prepping suites, a large ballroom, indoor cocktail area, and 3 different ceremony locations. A beautifully lit garden area for photos and specialty exits, with extraordinary historical features!

This venue was beautiful! It was perfect to fit our large families. Hannah the manager was very informative, helpful and very sweet. She always responded quickly and showed us all of the decorations we could use. The food was delicious, Chef Lee and Lyric were amazing.
