With 17 suites available, you and your guests will get a taste of old Florida in DeLand while enjoying the company of your loved ones enjoying the space around them.

What does a typical wedding day look like?
Guests Arrive to resort property and are greeted by a Lakeview Oasis and oak trees. Venue coordinator provides guidance to ceremony location that takes place on the peninsula. Upon ceremony ending, coordinator directs guests to The Lake House. Couple and photographer will take in the beauty of the resort to capture all of the wedding photos of your dreams. Guests will hang out at cocktail hour on the wrap around porch enjoying drinks from the booked bartender and hor duerves from the booked Caterer. Upon the couple finishing photos at sunset by the lake, the guests are escorted into The Lake House by the booked DJ / Emcee to find their seats. The reception evening begins with formalities, dinner and more to make tour evening perfect. The continuous view of the lake throughout the evening is most enjoyed as guests hangout inside and out.
