What are the top three venue features?

Does the venue offer catering or bar services? If yes, what is the average cost per guest?
Yes, The Osprey View does include a dry hire bar service with each package rental. Catering is not included as couples are welcome to hire any licensed catering service for their celebration.
Is there a guest or spending minimum required to book?
There is no minimum spend required to book. Securing a date with the venue costs $500.00 and couples are then put on a payment plan to close out their remaining balance.
Is there a backup plan for outdoor ceremonies? If yes, what is it?
Yes, as an outdoor venue we do have two main backups in the event of a weather event. Our covered patio can accommodate both ceremony and reception or couples can choose to have a tent brought in to expand the space and separate the two events.
How much setup time is included, and can they purchase extra?
Couples who choose The Osprey View can select between our one day rental package or a three day/two night rental of the venue.
What makes your venue a favorite with couples?
We believe that most couples choose The Osprey View for a few reasons: 1). The venue doesn’t need a ton of decor to make it look like a wedding venue. Its SUCH a beautiful space, providing so many different aesthetics that make it stand out from its competition. 2). The staff. As a newer venue our reputation is so important to us. We are here to guide you along the way and commit to showing up for our couples on their biggest day. If you look at reviews online, you will find nothing but 5 star experiences from our couples. 3). Flexibility. As a DIY venue, our couples are welcome to put together the wedding of their dreams utilizing an array of vendors across the state. We offer a Preferred Vendor List to our couples, but they are not required to use them unlike at an all-inclusive venue.
Are couples required to provide wedding insurance?
Yes, we do required each couple purchase a $1,000,000 policy to protect themselves. We work with a company that offers this policy for around $100.
What other types of events does the venue host?
While most of what we do is wedding related, the venue also hosts events such as birthday parties, bridal & baby showers, corporate retreats, fundraisers, AirBnB’s, holiday parties, wedding expos, and more!
How many weddings do you host per day/weekend?
We host one wedding per day to allow our staff to fully focus on each couples experience.
What is one thing couples always tell you after the wedding?
It’s so cliche, but couples are always so happy to have chosen the venue for its beauty and for how the staff showed up to make their day as special as possible!
Can couples or vendors ever drop off decor items the day before or pick them up the next day?
This depends on the schedule and events that may run before or after their wedding. I would encourage couples to speak with the staff to see what options are available to them based on their specific date.
