It’s a beautifully restored historic home. We have ample parking for guests. We are conveniently located downtown, right off I-4 and the 408.
Does the venue offer catering or bar services? If yes, what is the average cost per guest?
We do not offer catering but we are happy to connect you with one of our amazing preferred vendors.
Is there a guest or spending minimum required to book?
No minimums! We’re happy to host even the smallest of gatherings.
What does a typical wedding day look like?
A wedding on a typical Saturday: Setup begins at 3, you and your vendors will have access to your event space, and our Day-of coordinator will be present to help ensure a smooth process. Our packages can cater to 8hr events should you decide to do ceremony and reception at The Woodruff.
Is there a backup plan for outdoor ceremonies? If yes, what is it?
You may put a tent up and we are happy to connect you with our favorite tent vendors. We also have multiple options within the property you may pivot to, depending on the size of your party.
How much setup time is included, and can they purchase extra?
Setup times are flexible within our hourly packages; additional time may be purchased.
What makes your venue a favorite with couples?

1 a day, 2 per weekend, max.
Can couples or vendors ever drop off decor items the day before or pick them up the next day?
Decor drop offs and be coordinated as needed through The Woodruff staff.
