Lucky for us, they are grossly undercharging for their services, as the sisterhood and sheer talent they possess alone should and could easily cost double what they are asking.

I decided against a trial, partly because I had no time for one, but also because I just felt somewhere deep down I could trust them without even meeting them. Their work online and word of mouth referrals were exceptional enough for me to feel safe essentially winging it day of.

Everyone’s hair and makeup stayed completely in tact throughout 90 degree heat and Florida humidity for a 4:30pm outdoor ceremony and good old partying after. My face is so oily and acne prone and my scalp sweats like a sinner in church, but there was not a drop of wetness on my head anywhere and nothing slid or moved, even when my dogs accidentally licked me not a drop of makeup was wiped away.

Laura herself was sent here direct from heaven. She entertained and chatted with my mom for hours, was a Jeopardy board of fun facts and cool stories, and made every girl feel so beautiful and special. Not only did she give me a 10 minute head massage that I think relieved 40 years of tension from my 29 year old body, she also made me feel so loved and listened to. Laura took a single glance at a few of my Pinterest photos and replicated exactly what I had wanted. I love this woman with my whole heart.

Marina – god what a doll. I have never seen my own sisters look so beautiful. The makeup she accomplished and the kindness she showed everyone, including my mom and mother in law is something I’ll hold with me forever. I give this woman all my love and support my whole life through.

My one singular complaint is that they refused to let me feed them, and as an Italian/German woman marrying a Haitian man, “no” was simply not an answer I wanted to accept.

I genuinely cannot believe my wedding is over and I don’t get to do it again next weekend with these women. I wish them nothing but all the love and success in the world, they deserve nothing less than the absolute best.
