Hola! My name is Vanessa, those who are close to me just call me Miss V.
Yes! I make pretty cakes, but more importantly, I make delicious cakes for people who appreciate FLAVOR! I am a fat kid at heart after all.
I am honored to be a part of my clients’ celebrations be them big or small. Being asked to design a custom cake or dessert bar that is as unique as the client is my “sweet” way of being an extended family member. Let’s create something together that is as colorful and flavorful as your love story.

Sweet Miss V’s provides personalized tastings, digital sketches, custom cake designs, dessert bars, and rentals to make our client’s day complete.
A Little About Our Pricing
Our wedding cakes start at $6.75 per slice, average around $500 for 76 guests. Our dessert bars start at $550 for 40-50 guests, giving each person 2-3 desserts with a variety of 7 different dessert options to choose from. Our delivery fees range from $75-$115 depending upon the venue and location. On average our clients spend about $1200 with a cake & dessert bar combination.

We service from New Smyrna Beach to Astatula . We do not service north of Daytona, south of Downtown Orlando or west of Howey In the Hills. We work mainly in Volusia, Seminole, Orange, and Lake County.

Sweet Miss V’s style is flavor with a hint of nerdy. If you want to bring your guests taste buds to life or want to incorporate your nerdy side into a “classic” design then look no further. Miss V is a fat kid at heart and love nostalgia, so bring on the Totoro, Lord of Rings, Harry Potter, and Star Wars.
What is included in your most popular packages?
Our most popular packages are the dessert bars, they include 7 different types of dessert with a variety of flavor options, and all the stands to complete the eye catching display.
What is a unique tip you tell your couples that is specific to your vendor category?
Meet with all your vendors before hiring them, unless you are 110% sure you want them for your big day. Anyone can make a pretty cake, but not all cake makers are created equal when it comes to connection and personalization. Last thing you want is to hire a cake vendor that you dread talking to because you aren’t compatible when it comes to personalities. Communicating with the vendors you hire should feel like talking to a friend.
