Because we dedicate the entire ranch to only one wedding per day, we do have a baseline booking requirement. This ensures we can provide our full staffing, exclusive privacy, and top-tier service for your date. We require a minimum of 40 guests, or $4190

What does a typical wedding day look like?

Because you are the only event of the day, the timeline flows beautifully and without rush: Morning: Morning arrival for the wedding party to get ready, relax, and take pre-ceremony photos. Afternoon: Vendor setup, followed by guest arrival and a gorgeous outdoor ceremony. Evening: Cocktail hour on the grounds, followed by a reception with our mouth-watering, ranch-style catering, dancing, and a memorable evening send-off.

Is there a backup plan for outdoor ceremonies? If yes, what is it?

Absolutely. While our outdoor ranch views are stunning, weather can be unpredictable. In the event of rain or extreme weather, we have a beautiful indoor/covered backup space, our elegant indoor barn ready to pivot to so your day remains flawless.

How much setup time is included, and can they purchase extra?

We include 4 hours of setup time prior to your guest arrival ceremony time. Because we only host one wedding a day, there is often flexibility! If you or your vendors require additional time for heavy decor installations, extra setup hours can be purchased for $350 per hour

Yes. To protect both you and the ranch from unexpected accidents or property damage, we require couples to secure a standard Event Liability Insurance policy naming the venue as additionally insured. These policies are very affordable (usually $100–$150) and take just a few minutes to set up online.

We strictly host only one wedding per day. We believe your wedding day should be completely about you, which means you will never see another bride, have to share your photo spots, or feel rushed by a venue coordinator trying to turn over the room for the next party.

Can couples or vendors ever drop off decor items the day before or pick them up the next day?

Drop-off: If there is no wedding booked the day before yours, we are happy to coordinate a drop-off window for your decor! However, if there is an event, all items must arrive during your designated setup time on your wedding day. Pick-up: Because we do host weddings throughout the weekend, all decor, gifts, and personal items must be packed up and taken with you at the end of your reception. This ensures the venue is pristine for the next morning.
