Yes! Catering is included in two of our wedding packages. If added separately, catering ranges from $45–$55 per person, depending on whether you choose a buffet or plated meal. Bar service is included in most of our packages but can also be added for $600. This includes one licensed bartender for four hours, mixers, garnishes, and a custom drink menu created specifically for your event. Clients provide their own alcohol.

No, we do not have a guest count or spending minimum. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, we have options to fit your needs. Our event packages start at $2,395, with customizable upgrades available to create the perfect experience.

When you book with us, you have exclusive access to the venue from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on your event day. This provides plenty of time for decorating, vendor setup, your ceremony and reception, and cleanup. Additional time is generally not needed, but special requests can be discussed based on availability.

Yes. Couples are required to purchase a $1,000,000 event liability insurance policy with Pell Road Ranch listed as an additional insured. This helps protect both the couple and the venue and is a standard requirement for events where guests are gathering.

In addition to weddings, we host a wide variety of events including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate events, holiday parties, anniversaries, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, celebrations of life, fundraisers, and other special occasions. Our venue is versatile and can be customized to fit almost any event.
