Use of our custom bar. Reception tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. Outdoor seating for up to 200 guests. Use of our onsite prep kitchen for caterers, including refrigerator and sink. Use of in-house AV equipment: projector, microphones, speakers. 8 buffet tables. Sweetheart table with chairs. Black and white tablecloths for rounds. Cake table. Set up and break down of chairs/tables. Dance floor. Band stand. String-lit cocktail hour porch. On-site paved parking. Engagement photo access. One hour rehearsal with coordinator.
