What makes your venue unique?

Art, culture, and romance flow through each of the spaces here at the Museum of Arts & Sciences and the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art. Whether you are looking for an intimate location or a setting for a grand wedding, the Museum offers an artistic aesthetic and endless color palette to play with. The Museum has a variety of unique indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options for a couple’s special day that will give their event elegance and style because of the beautiful galleries and architecture within its walls. The grand staircase located in the permanent gallery of the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art is a breathtaking focal point during ceremonies that is quite popular with our couples. The Florida Hospital Courtyard is perfect for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour with a covered lanai, manicured open lawn, and room to mingle with family and friends.

The Main Event Hall is one of our most popular spaces for a reception with its high ceiling and colorful Florida scenic mural painting that immediately catches your eye upon walking through the front doors. In addition to the sophisticated spaces in the Cici & Hyatt Brown Museum of Art, the Museum of Arts & Sciences offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to celebrate in a train station, under the stars in the planetarium, or in a reception space surrounded by walls of eclectic art pieces. The Museum also offers natural built-in entertainment by providing the option to schedule a volunteer docent or museum staff member to lead your guests in a specialized exhibit tour for them to enjoy during your event.

With world-class collections covering a diverse range of subjects and topics, the Museum welcomes tens of thousands of visitors each year, all looking for a fun and inspirational learning experience. In recent years we have expanded our social programming and now many thousands more come through our doors to enjoy innovative programs and events against the backdrop of stunning museum galleries and gathering spaces. We have worked hard to make MOAS a welcoming venue and cultural resource for everyone in our community. More than just a museum, MOAS is a place to gather, engage, and connect – a multi-generational meeting place that connects the local community, visitors, volunteers, and scholars. And for couples getting married here, they now become a part of our beautiful story!

What makes your venue unique?

Contemporary art that is constantly changing. Featured exhibits can be explored during cocktail hour/receptions.

The Orlando Museum of Art is a non-profit landmark that has been part of the city’s community for almost 100 years. We host both up-and-coming and seasoned artists, giving a range of medium and subject matter. Our clients—in particular, our couples—are open-minded and forward-thinking, often flexible to work their theme off of or pair with what our featured exhibition is at the time. Guests will not only remember the special day, but also the venue ia a part of Orlando’s history. The staff is very accommodating and reviews of our commitment to quality service can be found on most major online portals.
